  There is no way I could in good conscious recommend this company to do your roof. Not sure if I just got unlucky with the "Bad" crew, but their quality on a update silicon roof was the worse than if I just hired some people off the street. A couple of disclosures, 1. I have contacted the company multiple times and they show zero interest on coming back out and even viewing the issues. They sent one dude to inspect it, kinda hoped he addressed the issues, but clearly did not. They are much more concerned with just getting me in an E mail frenzy until I just move on and fix the issues myself. 2. I have a 65,000 square foot facility with a flat roof. Issues: 1. Still has leaks, although for fewer than before, so that is the one positive. 2. When they moved HVAC drains and electrical they did so in a way that they no longer work, and when we move them back they are glued to the roof and to fix it means I tare the roof back up. 3. They disconnected security lights and HVAC and said nothing when they yanked electrical. This has gotten so bad that I lost power to 1/2 the building due to electrical arcing. Literally and entire run of 220 was dislodged and left openly arc. Figured this out when we lost power to 1/2 or building. I'm on my forth HVAC repair to deal with their aftermath. 4. There are bucket marks throughout the roof, buckets and garbage left behind still, huge areas of just massive waves of dripping roof material they never bothered to roll out. Its already showing signs of falling off the vertical areas. 5. Modello bottles and other garbage left on the roof. 6 Roof Drains left plugged. I get why the plugged them, to paint the roof on, and not clog the drains, however found an ocean up there after a big rain and was like what the hell. Could remove the m when you are done. Its like they got called to do another job and the foreman was like, "Yep, we are done, nothing to look at here" Its obvious they did no Q checks when complete. Also, their communication

  Westshore did my entire roof as part of a whole house remodel. The work they delivered was terrible, the roof failed in ways that should have been obvious to any professional, and led to multiple damages on the house. They blamed my general contractor for all of it and despite my offer to pay them full price to re-do large parts of the roof, they could not be bothered. The owner Paul strung me along with excuse after excuse before eventually telling me there's not enough money in it for him. How honorable. Don't do business with them unless you're willing to be left hanging as well.

  Very unprofessional and had issues with scheduling, did not finish on time and kept delaying. Also took multiple inspections to get final approval from the city. However, the sub contractor who did the installation, did good job with quality work.

  I put two stars because the project started out good. Due to failed inspection and how long it took to finish, garage roof shingles not matching my house roof shingles and how many times they came back to do two drains on my flat roof I would definitely not recommend them. Project took too long and was never completed. I ended up paying in full and will paint the roof caps myself.

  Shuhong, Your accusations are completely unfounded and simple not true in any form or matter. Your roof installation was started and completed in 7 days and certified by the Saratoga building inspector on day 8. My project manager met with you on the 3rd working day to address the termite/dry rot damages we found to the roof deck after we removed the old roof. The cost to perform the necessary repairs was presented to you, a price agreed, (along with the discount you ask for) and written up in a change order. You also requested at this time to replace the 4 skylights with new. The change order was authorized and signed by you. During the 5 remaining working days you correspond directly to my project manager via text in your native Chinese language. At no given moment during this time did you mention your were unhappy with the cost. Only when all the work was completed and final payment due was this brought to our attention. As the owner of the company, (since 1987), it is my duty to know what my competitors are charging for the same services. Only at that time I am able to offer competitive pricing. I assure you the services we provided are more than fair and not in any way exorbitantly inflated as you are applying. You unpaid balance for the roof work is $3,595.00. I have turned this over to my legal department to seek collection.

  Westshore Roofing replaced our roof eight years ago, with Ben Fowler serving as the project manager. Ben was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. His team did outstanding work, including replacing damaged wood, installing new vents, and adding new skylights. They delivered high-quality workmanship at a competitive price and made the project as smooth and stress-free as possible. Recently, a minor issue surfaced that was traced back to a small oversight from the original installation. Ben came out promptly, took responsibility, and made sure the problem was fully addressed. That level of responsiveness and commitment—eight years after the original project—speaks volumes about both Ben and Westshore Roofing. They stand behind their work and take care of their customers.   Westshore Roofing did a great job reroofing my house at a good price. They explained my options clearly from the beginning, especially since my house had plank sheathing, and helped me decide whether adding OSB made sense based on warranty requirements. Communication was good throughout, and they were flexible about rescheduling due to rain. Since I was not there at the end, they also scheduled a final walkthrough afterward. I also appreciated how they handled my new range hood vent, which was more complicated than expected. They sent videos, explained everything clearly, and worked around my contractor’s schedule before adding the flashing. Cleanup was mostly good, although there were a few screws left behind and a couple areas that could have used more sweeping. Overall, I felt like I could trust them and would recommend Westshore Roofing.

  Westshore Roofing was an exceptional company to work with. My questions and concerns were answered promptly. Every day I was informed of the progress, and what to expect the following day. The work crew was always on time, professional and hard working. They worked late into the night to complete the roof before the big storm rolled in. Every day they cleaned up all debris, and at the end of the job they cleaned out the gutters. They inspected the existing sky lights for any damage to seals and gaskets before roofing surrounding area. Follow through was impeccable. It was a pleasure working with this company. They have several certifications reflecting the quality of their work and service, and they certainly earned a 5 star rating from me.
