  Dear Reb P-Tor, We cannot find you in our system. Thus, the only contact we know of is this review. If you are one of our customers, please call us for some understanding and clarity about your job. In general, an estimate for repairs that we do is warranted for our work only. There can be other problems and/or hidden defects never worked on and therefore also not warranted. Our written warranty clearly spells this out. After completion of our work, the job is reviewed in person by one of our inspectors to verify it was done per our agreement. We do not agree to 'help' cover the cost of additional work needed that we never worked on. We would welcome a call from you to evaluate the job and address any further issues you have had.   They don't deserve any star. They are terrible! I hired Eastman Roofing Aug 2020 to repair my roof and paid over $5K for the service. We finally received rain, and the roof does hold up to the repair cost. Additionally, Jim Eastman, the worst business owner ever, does not stand his team's work and refuses to send a repairman to check out what is causing the water damage. They set an appointment and canceled the same day. The owner Jim Eastman actually hung the phone up in my face twice when I called to schedule a service visit from the rain damages visible inside my home. This company is terrible, not honorable does horrible work, and does not even listen to customer feedback. When you call to speak with them, they hang the phone in your face. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER INTERFACE! Please do not spend money with companies that do not stand by the service rendered.

  We moved to a new house and fumigators damaged the tile roof. Due to the age of tiles and steepness of our roof, multiple roofing companies either declined to work on it, or would only replace the entire roof with some quoting a nearly 6 figure cost. Eastman stood out from the rest. When they came for the initial evaluation they took their time to assess the situation (easily the longest of any company), came up with a plan to repair the roof (at a fraction of the cost that others were quoting), were thoughtful about the geometry of the roof and how that impacted the underlayment and waterproofing, and went so far as to track down tiles and make some minor custom adjustments in order to better match our roof (which has 98 year old tiles that can't be found anymore). All of this was done with great communication and speed. Their thoughtfulness when it came to tackling a tough job and coming up with creative solutions was notable. They were honest that it's a repair of the visible fumigation related damage plus some age related ones that were visible but come rainy season other less obviously visible leaks might not have been caught. We'll see how it all goes in the winter rain but I'm feeling good about it. Especially for those with a complicated roof in need of a thoughtful assessment and not just an upsell, I'd highly recommend Eastman.

  This company cares. I had major leaks for many years with my skylights. They were able to fix them and I’ve been dry inside ever since. They do a bi-annual inspection for free so I never need to be concerned about a leaking roof again

  We had Eastman do repairs in a membrane riding at our church. They did a great job and pointed out several previously unseen issues that they were able to proactively address before they became leaks.

  Removed and replaced some comp shingles as well as installed a double flashing furnace flue exhaust cover. They did a good job at a fair price. Completed the job quickly. They were safe too, even used a ladder strap. I havnt seen one of those since my days in the trades. You could do much worse when choosing a roofing contractor.

  They reroofed our Eichler house some years ago. I recall the whole experience as really good. After the recent heavy rains they checked on a leak in just a few days. Leak wasn’t their fault. A few days later they fixed it and our electrical company paid them. Fast service all around.
