  Replace roof and charges the most in the area. Works don’t speak English and left nails everywhere. 4 years later I have leaks in my roof and they want to charge me another $1000. To patch near new roof.

  I was not happy. They did a lot of work but never corrected the original problem that I hired them for...after a lot of money spent, I hired another outfit that immediately diagnosed & corrected the leak into my bedroom. Also, they never called back when they knew we were frustrated & needed them to return. Easier to say it's a difficult customer when in fact it was them missing the boat. I think there are better companies out there.

  Runyon and Sons put on a new roof, gutters, and fixed the siding on one side of my house. Carlos was the crew supervisor. Carlos and crew did a terrific job. They worked efficiently and payed attention to detail (e.g. very careful with landscaping). A few weeks after they were done Runyon sent out a quality control person who went over the whole roof. Everything looks great and I couldn’t be happier with the work Runyon did. Kudos also to Greg who came out to present Runyon’s quote and helped us decide what would be right for our roofing project. I wouldn’t use any other roofing company.

  Had a flat roof torn out and replaced. The replacement roof is fine but they did not properly adjust the pitch and there was significant puddling of water particularly in the front corner of the roof. They attempted to fix the situation by hammering the edge of the roof so it would drain. It drains slightly better but still significant pooling of water. For what I paid and based on other reviews I expected a better end result.

  We chose Runyon roofing after hail damage due to their thorough inspection and advice for improving our roof ventilation and chimney repair with concern for the entire roof system. Roof replacement, and soffit ventilation were done on our house with attention to detail and no shortcuts. They did an excellent job and had a team of 6 with all the appropriate equipment which made the project complete in 4 days. Took good care of the surrounding deck and yard. Carlos supervised the project and made sure everything was done to our satisfaction. Manny and the other workers went the extra mile to touch up some siding while they had the paint out. There was good communication whenever a question arose or decision needed to be made and we always knew what was going on.

  We used Runyon Roofing to replace the roof, gutters and downspouts on our home. The estimate was given in late September and we were told they could not guarantee replacement before winter. As it happened, they under promised and over delivered. The roof was replaced in mid-to-late November and completed before the winter weather. The team was very professional. They were neat and watchful of our plants. As it happened we needed to replace original sheeting on the roof which was an addition to the original estimate but well worth it. When they were finished, a supervisor came out to inspect the workmanship and found very minor issues which they resolved. I would recommend this company 100% for any roof work one might be undertaking. Bill Hilyard

  Runyon and Sons replaced my roof, and I could not be more pleased with there work. Carlos Padilla and his crew did an amazing job with explaining everything that I needed to know. The work was done quick, the price was very reasonable and when the crew was done you couldn't even tell anyone was on the property. Cleaned up very well.
