  Stay far away from this company. Eight months after completion, I’m still dealing with the consequences of a job that was not done properly. We experienced 11 separate leaks, water intrusion that damaged all of our ceilings in home and destroyed our electrical panel, and ongoing issues that should never happen after a professional installation. The finished color was significantly different from the sample provided, and rather than work toward a reasonable resolution, the company refused to make things right and escalated the situation by placing a lien on our home. A follow-up inspection revealed serious concerns with the installation, including improper fastening of the roof system. These issues were not minor mistakes — they were signs of poor workmanship that have caused significant stress, damage, and expense. The lack of accountability and customer service has been extremely disappointing. Based on our experience, I would strongly caution anyone against trusting this company with their home.

  After getting an online quote, a sales person from this company showed up at my home unannounced, sat in my driveway, and sent a video message saying they will return tomorrow. I asked them not to return to my home or contact me again. I will never do business with this company.

  I had a terrible experience trying to get an estimate with this company. I came home from work and there was a man, unscheduled sitting in his truck in my driveway to schedule an appointment for an estimate. I agreed to schedule it because I do need a roof. I needed to reschedule the estimate and I got this strange response asking me why I needed to reschedule and why my schedule is the way it is. I asked them to never contact me again where they sent me a lengthy response trying to provoke an argument / response. I will never use this company, completely unprofessional.

  Just had our roof replaced by us shingle & Metal i wouldn't recommend them to anybody first of all took 71 days to do our roof , start date was August 13th, 2025 finish date October 23rd, 2025 ,they said they were finished September 4th we had it inspected by a private inspector as City inspection do not walk the roofs . Thank God We did as the inspector found so many things wrong with it. I notified the company after arguing with me. Asking me why I felt the need to hire a private inspector Shane. One of the foremen came out and walked the roof he then texts me apologizing, saying they would have to replace 60% of our roof. So why they were doing that 2 of our rooms got leaks, they did come And replace the drywall, but they did not replace the insulation in the attic. So now those 2 rooms in the front of our house do not have insulation in 2 spots, which will be another expense will have to pay I asked him if they would pay for the inspector to come out when they've completed it for the second time. He said, no I explained to him that I would not need to have him come out again. If he would have done the job correctly, the first time to no avail he Refused to do so fine. I will pay for it finally, after 71 days of not being able to use our driveway garbage in our yard metal everywhere. We're still picking up metal and screws out of our yard. They finally completed the job. We had our roof replaced not because there was any damage but because we wanted to see if we could get a better insurance rate , We received 3 quotes this was the best (you get what you pay for )$26,948 to be exact and they are a Veteran owned company and my husband served 20 years and we like to support Veterans. This was the worst experience we have ever had with a company don't make the same mistake.

  I had a bad experience we agree to make the roof because huracan Milton destroyed some parts of my roof. David the seller never give me a latter now they said is elegal said the true. My insurance won’t pay anything because this company only care about them. I don’t recommend this company you got becareful

  Overall, my experience was positive. The work done was very good, they made sure to keep the area clean even going so far is covering my pool so nothing got into it that might damage my pool. None of my plants or any of the foliage was harmed in anyway, which I was very appreciative of. The foreman, Dan Spitale was incredibly responsive and made sure that everything was done properly and that I was completely satisfied with their work. He made me feel like he took a personal interest in making sure that I was pleased and answered all my questions and addressed any issues I may have had immediately. I would recommend this company.

  It was a real pleasure working with Richard and Dan on this project. We got answers to our questions quickly. They showed up on time, were respectful, and cleaned up. I couldn’t have asked for a better planned inconvenience. The team really were incredible they moved quickly and the roof was done faster than expected only a few days. Thank you all for a truly wonderful experience and magnificent warranty. We had two homes done at once.

  Sam was amazing, from start to finish. When they tell you on a daily basis that everything is going to be cleaned up and you won’t even know that there is roof job going on. It is the truth. We had many quotes from other roofers, but we chose them because of their punctuality and their follow up of the quote and inquiry. The roofing laborers were so nice and they deserve a raise cleaned up everything every day they started our roof on a Thursday it was completely done and permit issued not even a week later. The main reason why we chose them is because they are veteran owned. They are TOP NOTCH!!! You will not be disappointed with a roof from USS&M….Sam is the man! The follow up is amazing to still make sure that we are happy! 😊
