  Our landlord used Trust Roofing, and unfortunately the experience has been a disaster. Rain got into the building during the roofing work, A/C units were damaged, and the roof is still leaking a year later. Nails were left all over the property, resulting in damaged tires. There has been a lot of talk and promises, but very little action. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Trust Roofing.

  Hey Bryan, Thank you so much for the feedback! My name is Robin, and I'm one of the owners. We are in business to create great roofs and give customers great experiences. It seems like you live at a condominium that we are replacing, so I don't have you in my system. We are committed to making sure that you are completely satisfied, so I want to get this right for you. A little bit of insight as to what could be going on, on your condos roof, a new tapered insulation system is being installed. This was selected by the condominium board to better move water off the roof to prevent ponding. This is likely the main factor contributing to the changed drainage situation. I know that we are in the talks with the board right now of adding in gutters around the perimeter to completely solve this problem in terms of control and water drainage which was recommended. With that being said, from the photos, this looks like quite a lot, so I am going to have my director of operations reach out to the condominium board to get into contact with you. There might be a way that we could have our guys install a diverter of some sort to help lessen this while the final decision on the gutters is made. If you can, please reach out to me.   My experience with Trust Roofing was not positive. I explained that I live in a trailer park and gave them the address of a trailer park. I asked specifically if they repaired aluminum roofs. They sent someone out immediately. As soon as he got out of his vehicle he said 'we don't do aluminum roof repairs' and later 'I was sent out because it was discussed you wanted a new roof'. This was NEVER discussed. Your upsell failed, you wasted my time. You probably knew because I heard nothing from you since although you did mention maybe you could help. Rest assured you will never hear from my friends with 'real roofs'. UPDATE: The owner called me and we both agreed that this was largely in part to a miscommunication on my part and on the part of Trust Roofing. In my initial conversation with Trust Roofing I was probably responsible for transferring my past experiences with other roofing contractors who I had seen that week, and had basically told me the only option was to get a new roof.i apologise for venting on this platform and to Dillon regarding this matter.

After reviewing everything internally with both our office staff and sales representative, it became clear this was ultimately a misunderstanding and communication breakdown on our end. Our office had understood that you were looking for both a repair option and potentially a replacement option, when in reality you were only seeking repair assistance for the aluminum roof section, as a roofing company, we specialize in shingles, TPO, and other roofing materials, and sometimes these modular aluminum systems are not our specialty. We would be better off referring you than trying to take care of something outside of our normal scope. I sincerely apologize for the frustration this caused you. We used this as an internal coaching opportunity with our team to reinforce the importance of slowing down, asking additional clarifying questions, and making sure we fully understand exactly what a client is looking for always.   Update: As I said, once they get a bad review, they pile new, fake reviews on top. Dropped it another star due to this practice and deceitful reviews. Went with trust because they kept matching prices I received from other companies. I should have went with one of the others. Nothing but issues once they got my deposit. Will probably need to redo the entire roof next year since the leaks just keep appearing. Live and learn i guess. My take away from this? Cheaper is never better.

We certainly do not "pile on fake reviews" we work hard to satisfy our clients and get legitimate feedback from them sometimes its positive sometimes negative, we learn and grow from both.   In response to Trust: No reason to reach out! I want nothing to do with your company. Go talk to Len not me and asked him why he quoted me this high knowing I was his third estimate and bragging about how much he makes. Sit down with him not me that's your problem unless you trained him this way? You are not getting a dime from me, and you will not convince me I got the best deal from you and your quality of work is better than the rest. I had two quotes before you from reputable companies, and you doubled their quotes! I am a numbers person and not dumb how things add up and diligently did my homework on what a new roof replacement should cost for my size roof that is in great condition for the age. You are even doing less work then the other two quotes I got. Stop gouging your prices and insulting my intelligence. None of my neighbors who recently got a new roof and a lot bigger than my small ranch paid anywhere near what you expect me to pay. Look yourself what Len wrote up and look at the size of my house, and you really think that was a fair estimate? Shame on you and wish I could report you to the AG. We should be allowed to give zero stars! There is absolutely nothing trustworthy about Trust Roofing—especially if you are a woman. Their behavior toward female customers is discriminatory and insulting. They seem to assume women are uninformed and then inflate their estimates. Or maybe if you live in a nice neighborhood, they assume you have money and double the price. Unfortunately, my insurance company recommended them, believing they were honest. I knew something was off when they sent their salesman, Len, to do my estimate. Without even getting on my roof, he tells me it “looks like a $14K job” and even had the nerve to say he wouldn’t be surprised if I signed a deal with him in an hour and a half. He admitted my roof was in great condition for its age of 22 years old—yet when he gave me the actual quote, I was shocked. Here’s what they quoted: First quote

  Update 26-March2026: I have not been able to reach you despite calling multiple times. I spoke with our estimator and they feel this is a mischaracterization of events, our quote was right in our standard range, we have standardized pricing and always recommend our clients get multiple quotes and let them know we are not a low priced company and do not advertise that we are, we are usually a middle range company that works to deliver extremely high value, high quality results and stand behind our work as we have been in business since 1983. Some of our clients even find that we offer options that are the most competitive, just depends on what companies you get quotes from. With that being said I still do apologize you didn't feel like you had a good estimating experience with Len and we will use this as an opportunity to keep getting better, I thank you for the feedback.   Way overpriced for a repair they did. Guy straight up lied to me about the scope of the work (several people, several hours) when one guy did the job in an hour. I suspect they get all these reviews because they call and ask you to leave one. Don't like liars. Don't like being ripped off. They wanted me to leave a review so I'm leaving one. Get quotes from other companies.

  I had Trust Roofing come out to do a repair on my roof. The roof repair did not fix my leak which continued causing damage. I had them come out multiple times but the issue was never properly fixed or identified. This went on for so long I ended up with mold in my ceiling and wall. I had to get someone else to fix the roof and then had to do mold remediation, drywall replacement and paint job.

This was a repair around a chimney, we did not replace the roof and sometimes other factors such as the stucco of a chimney or cap can also lead to leaks as well!   Trust Roofing is what it name means and stands for you can trust them to do a grand job on your roof. Everyone that I came in contact with was simply amazing and very helpful.   I’m a loyal Trust Roofing customer they always seem to do the right job at the right price especially Dillon who found the leak and guaranteed me that it would not leak and it hasn’t so kudos to everyone that works at Trust Roofing. Thank you. The installation team was able to save all the tiles that were painted and put them right back in the same place when they said that there would probably be 30% that would be damaged taking them out, but they were able to do it and put them all back terrific
