  Salesman stated we were getting triple pane windows. When the windows showed up they were rated double pane. When asked the company about this they said there are 3 panes in the window. I researched and when you fuse 2 pieces of glass the rating becomes one pane. So these are double pane. I feel the company lied to get our business. When i filed at BBB they stated we got what was on the spec sheet. I never saw a spec sheet. This company does not take ownership and will do nothing to satisfy the situation. I am still hearing traffic and am having to purchase a covering to go over the inside of my windows. This is going to cost me about 1500 extra just for my bedroom. Hopefully i can sleep after this but dont trust the salesman. I even talked to the higher ups and they said there salesman will continue to say these are triple pane windows even when they are rated double.

  I dont leave reviews but this one upset me. I received a flyer saying rte would be in the area and able to tackle some small jobs, i had a 6 foot piece of fascia needed replacing from the hurricanes .. they cane out quoted me 4x of what i assumed and i agreed to 1200 and gave 425 up front this is more than material alone - 2 weeks later the job coordinator came out and tried to re quote for $2500..feels like a bait and switch entire roofs on same models at neighbors 6500$ .. they up charged me to 2500 for 6 feet of fascia needed replacing.. the job would literally take 2 hours max.

  THIS IS A BAD COMPANY - Ridge Top exterior is not a good company, found them from Angies list, I told them I got a few quotes, they want to come to beat them, eventually they never want to beat them as promised on the phone. I gave them the job after 4 hours talk at my home. In April they got my check, In July installer came to install 3 windows, not finished properly, photos of the gaps between the frame and window panels. In Sep. two service guys came to replace the defect panel, they went down stairs to their truck got tools after checking the windows, but they got my check left without doing anything on the windows. Two days later, I found the gaps and understood why they went down stairs to take the tools, they fooled me said "to give a bit of time to set", until today 03/28/2025, it is still like that. In November, after the 3 hurricanes, Debby, Helene, and Milton, they sent text want to come to fix the windows, I text him I had my retina surgery, was blind for 3 weeks, I need to follow my doctor's instructions, I need two months recovery time, he left a voicemail they will have to lien my property without finishing the job. I had cataract surgery after retina surgery, they file the claim against me to foreclose my home. The installer stealing my old window frames. his wife showed me middle finger, and both of them say bad words to me due to I do not allow them to have the metal frames, they should be sued for stealing, the harassing, bad performances, unethical and untrained, (or maybe he is not licensed,) otherwise he won't steal, without my permission. I want the company to withdraw the case from the court, they have no response. all the related person in the project were all emailed by me with the uncompleted job images, all facts. I had my eye surgeries twice on Retina and cataract. I was blind for totally about a month, suffering the pain from my eye, and Now Ridge Top Exterior company.   A claim was filed with my insurance company to repair a roof. Ridge Top Roofing was used to do the job. The job was completed and deductible and insurance money was paid to the company. At the time of repair it was discovered additional items would be needed to fix the roof which a supplemental form was signed to complete the roofing work. Ridge Top submitted there supplemental work to the insurance company to be paid. They grossly stated things on this form they did not do and the insurance company checked with us on this matter. They included things like painting our garage, fixing cameras, fixing fence structure etc non roofing related items. They used three sheets of ply wood to rectify the additional need. They are asking insurance company to supplement them 20k plus in work they did not do. My insurance company has denied this payment because its items they did not do. Since they can not get what they want they have decided to internally close our file and told us that there is no warranty on the work and if we would need anything to not contact Ridge Top as this is not paid in full. We paid our deductible and have done our part. This is an issue between the roofing company and insurance company but they have decided to blame us for not committing false statements when our insurance company asked about the work that was done on the property. Ridge Top has decided to not honor the workmanship and warranty of this installation. We are asking the company to reconsider and make things right with this project and honor the workmanship and warranty as the client we have been honest and considered Ridge Top a professional company. They need to work with the insurance company to make this right. You say call your office but why do I need to do that????? You have been given the info to communicate with the insurance company which you refuse to do after many text messages to the regional manager that refuses to communicate with the insurance company.   Worst company I have ever dealt with . No comunications. 2 1/2 months to side have my 2300 sf home. Left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing Stay Far away from this group from Tampa, Took 4 times to get thye job done and still I was unhappy. Siding ,soffit gutters

  We had our soffit and fascia replaced with vinyl, a new gutter installed, and our garage trim replaced with PVC. This company was great from start to finish, and we are very pleased with the outcome! Dan, the project manager, was extremely helpful and kept us informed throughout the entire process. The team did a great job, and we would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for quality exterior work and excellent customer service.

  My experience was excellent start to finish. Lanse and Dan were great from start to finish. They're very focused on customer satisfaction from the estimate to the guys who did the work. Very pleasant to work with all around. I felt like 3 different guys at the office had my job covered. I could talk to a few different people who knew my name, job and address. I would highly recommend if you want a job done right the first time and always in communication with homeowner. They even gave me couple hundred back for unused materials. That was a first for me

We could talk about our process all day. But Calvin and Isabel said it better than we ever could. 3,200 square feet. 3 layers of shingles. 21 pieces of decking removed and replaced. Completed in 2.5 days, cleaned up, and done right. That is not a small project. That is a crew showing up and handling every layer of complexity without cutting corners, without leaving a mess, and without making the homeowners feel like they were in the way of their own home.
