  We had Classic Roofing and Construction install a new a roof on our commercial building and new T1-11 and vinyl siding back in 2023 in Cape Coral. From start to finish we had nothing but issues, they didn’t do the roof right the first time they were out and flooded my building causing damages to the inside of my office. The next crew to show up for the T1-11 showed up at noon daily and only worked a couple hours here and there and drug out the job for much longer than it needed to be interrupting the business next to me who had to keep accommodating for them. Since then the roof has leaked again having to go through the Gaf warranty company who said they had to fix various spots on the roof that were done incorrectly. The siding came down on the right side of the building just outside there labor warranty (No Storms) so I had to have it all ripped down and then stuccoed and painted by another company. Now a year later again no storms the left side is coming down to where I’ll now have to pay another company again to come out and fix this piss poor work done by Classic Roofing and Construction. It’s sad you spend almost $50,000 with a company and within 3 years you now have to spend more with another company to fix their piss poor work. I called again and spoke to a representative with the company promising me a call back almost 2 weeks ago and low and behold no call back. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone and suggest you spend your money with a company who stands before the work they do. Update 5/21- the rest of the vinyl was pulled out and the T1-11 was not put in properly and is buckling off the wall in two places and they did not use any flashing on the bottom to prevent leaks going in my building or my neighbors 👏fantastic job guys

  Do not make the same mistake we did. We chose this roofing company because of their high Google reviews, but our experience was terrible. We hired them to install a new roof, and right after it was completed, every time it rained we had leaks — not just one, but in two different areas of our home. They came back and claimed they fixed the issue, but the repair was not done professionally and the leaks continued. Every time I called after that, they ignored my calls, and eventually told me it was not their responsibility. I later asked several other roofing companies to inspect the problem, and every single one confirmed the leaks were due to poor installation by this company. They also found several other issues that should have been addressed during the original job. Please do your research carefully — don’t just trust high online reviews like we did. There are better, more reputable roofing companies out there who will do the job right the first time.

  Jerry, we are sorry you felt the need to revise your review. As the owner stated on the phone with you, stucco is a separate area from your roof and as you said the roof was done 3 years ago. If this was a result of faulty workmanship we would rectify the issue but we believe this is a different system of your houses exterior. We have not ghosted you and the owner had a lengthy conversation with today even. You contacted us demanding we pay thousands of dollars to fix the inside of your home, even though the issue is not roofing related, but is a stucco issue. Again, we are sorry to see you changed your review but hope you are able to get this problem resolved.

  Devin, we feel that this is not an accurate description of events but nonetheless we are sorry you felt the need to edit your review. The gutter guards installed on your home came with a 1 year warranty and these were installed roughly 3 years ago. Additionally, we sent a repair technician to your home to review what you called in about and it was determined that there had been no preventative maintenance done to the area in question since we did the original install 3 years ago. We explained to you that we cannot be responsible for wear and tear to a product that had no maintenance on it in several years. We are more than happy to discuss the situation on the phone with you if you would like to call into the office again!

  I called around to a few different companies in the Sarasota/Bradenton area to get roof quotes and gutter installation quotes. The project manager, Justis, showed up. He was extremely professional and walked me through step by step what I needed to do and the cost breakdown. I ultimately decided to go with them, after getting a few more quotes. They were competitively priced, but my deciding factor was that I had someone who would be there with me every step of the way. He always answered my calls and questions throughout the process, and never seemed annoyed at my constant follow up. If you are looking for a company who is competitive in price but more importantly, makes you feel at ease through the entire process, then this company is the winner! We will be recommending them to anyone who needs a future roof.
