  Hi Lisa, we want to apologize for the confusion. Our estimator was at the incorrect lot number and that roof is not a roof that we do.   Roof installed by this company 12 yes ago. Price was right with exclusion of reinstalling the gutters, which they butchered (another story). Recently discovered a leak in a room and called the company, Chris Lejam came out and I g o t an estimate for $1,450. Said ok. Luiz Reyna came out and was done in 45 minutes. I climbed up on the roof and discovered no replaced shingles and a white "sealant" spread around a few places. Contacted the company and sent a photo of the work done. They responded that the owner deemed that the estimator determined a "more extensive repair" and lowered the charge to $650. That invoice also included the replacement of shingles. Paid the invoice but will never use them again. I think it's obvious what would have happened if I didn't climb up and look at the work.

  My roof (along with many others in my neighborhood) was replaced in June of 2023. During the project beer bottles, trash and other debris was left scattered throughout the neighborhood, and even on the roof. Modelo bottles crashing onto porches during rain, etc. However, what I am most concerned with is the fact that for months now we have been promised the mess...tar stains and other spills on pavers, home damage, car damage, leaks, etc , would be corrected. Here we are nearly 3 months out and the mess remains leaving homeowners to fork out thousands of dollars to correct problems this company promised, during the board meeting, to correct. Never would I recommend this company to anyone.

  If you want a brand new roof that leaks in first six months, have underlayment showing, pieces flying off and leak into your house during a 60 mph storm, and their fix is make an insurance claim, then this is the company for you!

  We are every sorry to hear that Robert. But you are not a customer of our company. We tried to help you and made multiple attempts to help you but you actually don't have a leak at all from your words. You had a leak 1 time during a hurricane gusts of 89MPH and water came inside the vent when the wind was blowing sideways. I simply told you to contact your insurance to notify them first because the only other option is to remove the vents.

  They’ll leave your yard trashed until they’re done. My neighbors were complaining to me about Dunkin’ Donuts wrappers flying around into their yard. Soda cans all over and smoking weed while working. I’m fine with weed, just don’t take it while you’re working. Treat it like alcohol.

  Once the contract is signed, it’s quite a challenge to get ahold of anyone. Many unreturned calls and if I received a returned email, it was always right around 5PM so I couldn’t speak with anyone. They said they’d have a tarp on the roof …

  We are sorry that you are not happy with the job that was done. The office staff did reply to the emails that were sent and returned calls as soon as they could. The tarp we did as a courtesy as we normally charge $200.00. For financing there is an increase in the price which was stated at the beginning and the price was sent via email. You confirmed you wanted to move forward with the financing. Sometimes there is a lot of wood replacement. We do not know until we start tearing it off and we do have pictures to confirm the need for replacement. Unfortunately the areas you are saying that we did not finish are not areas that we work on. Soffit and the metal portion. Which it is stated in our contract that we do not do that. Again we are sorry that you are unsatisfied with the job.   I had called several roofing companies to have a tarp put on including the company who installed the roof originally. They were all either non-responsive (did not answer or return my phone call) or did not provide tarping services as advertised on Google. I was referred to Buster and when I called, he picked up instantly. I advised him of a leak coming in thru my ceiling thru a light fixture. Due to the urgency of my issue, he made sure he sent someone out the next day. Next day, they arrived as promised. I showed them where it was coming into my home and outside to see the area on the roof. They instantly got to work even though it had started to downpour rain. They found the issue, took pictures, and let the office know of the findings so they could give me the option of the tarp or a repair. Jennifer was extremely helpful in making sure I had everything I needed for the insurance company. The tarp was affordable and my roof is sealed until I get the Greenlight to proceed with repairs. Would definitely recommend!

  Chris the owner has come out and looked at repairing our roof 3 times in 3 different spots. The roof is 8 years old and was done by another roofing company that was terrible. The employees have corrected our roof and solved our problems. I only wish I knew about them 8 years ago then I would have had a roof installed properly. They are super.

  From start to finish, the service was outstanding. They responded quickly, got my roof repair scheduled without a long wait, and did a fantastic job. The workmanship was top-notch, and they left everything clean when they were finished.   Needed a quick repair on my mom’s roof in order to close on her house. Jennifer was so helpful scheduling the estimate and repair within the week. She was always available to answer my questions on the phone and was quick to respond to my email requests as well.   If you’re shopping for a new roof, you may have found the perfect company. Many members of the Highland Lakes community have used their services, and we were all very pleased with the results. They stand behind their work and their crews demonstrate strong skill and expertise throughout the process. The team works efficiently and completes projects quickly, while also providing excellent cleanup at the end of each day. If you have any questions, Jennifer and Sarah are available in the office and are responsive in addressing concerns.   After reviewing 4 different companies and their quotes, I selected No 1 Home Roofing and let me tell you, it was the best decision.   Great job and quality! Update 2026. I used this company since 2007 and the quality of the work has been tested in time. If it was not because of insurance requirements the roofs would have lasted over 30 years. Thank you for the quality and many years of leak free homes

  Im really impressed how fast and great job they did. Crew of 10 people showed up at 7 am worked all day and did amazing job in florida heat. My sales guy took care of everything and explain every step. Now we got best looking roof in a neighborhood!

  This company is surprisingly good. I've gotten multiple quotes and they've always come in at the lowest price. They've always fit me in within a few weeks, and always closed out their permits quickly and without any prodding. I've had some roofs that needed more wood than others, but I've always felt fairly treated by their wood replacement. They have an office with friendly staff who is there during office hours. It's a relief to work with competent people who do a good job, on time, at a fair price. I've used several local companies and this is the only one I call now.

  Well, we can't say enough good things about No. 1 Home Roofing Co. !!! The whole process from estimate to administration to installation was very efficient, professional and pleasant. It was incredible to watch the crew yesterday install this roof in 1 day!! And, it even stormed for an hour, suspending work! They covered everything before, like the pool some gardens close to house, AC unit, and garage door. These folks are amazing carpenters and craftsmen (we had a fair amount of wood to be replaced) too! They also did a fantastic job with cleanup all around the house. We had 6 estimates and really happy we chose No. 1 Home Roof.
