  If you want your Done NOT the Rite, then this is the company for You. Employees who do not speak English. They do not clean up their mess, along with leaving MULTIPLE Nails in my Yard, ... causing Nails in the Tires of my Vehicles. Customer Service (calling their office) RUDE! I will NOT be using the company again. Hire Someone Else!

  Run!!! Run away... Run away fast!!! The public must be warned about this done-rite (but oh so wrong) company. 6 months and $1,000s of our own extra time money and energies. They have destroyed our home, but we just let them keep promising it will be done.... The legalities are about to flood their business, just the way the rain has flooded our beautiful home, because of done-rite (but oh so wrong) company using day workers, who are inexperienced incompetent, lazy, unable. Of course, it all starts with lying ownership, shifty salesman with no project management who oversees the failed work. UPDATES...NOVEMBER 12TH 2025. Oh geez, You've just accused me of threatening you with a deadly weapon; as in a gun? That is what you have just posted on a public forum right! This, I will not tolerate. Neither will the court of law. But besides that. I am very aware in detailed analysis of what damages, our home has incurred from done-rite (but oh so wrong) roofing company. Your policy of , (none of your victims who have been swindled by your day workers,) will ever go up on their own roofs to inspect your incompetent incomplete and subpar less than acceptable roofing work, has been broken. Because you thought I'd never been up there. The people that showed up had never been on a roof until that morning. Most of them were dizzy after an hour and laid out on our lawn for three hours. Damn pathetic. You've tried to explain away what the pictures of several areas of damaged gutters, incomplete roofing promises blah blah blah. Notice how it always takes longer to explain away your deviation and excuses, than if you'd just done the job well

  The person making the review is not our customer, he has harassed this office daily, swearing, yelling, screaming threatening with guns. This was a sold repair we did and stopped the leak. Peter Hall at 3701 Rain Tree ct in Palm Harbor is not the owner of this home and did not sign a contract with us., in fact he is banned from contacting our office.

  The leak for your revised complaint was not a roof leak, it is a refrigerant leak in the ceiling, NOT A ROOF LEAK.

  Do not even consider this company. Our HOA used them and within three years 12% of the homes are leaking. They do not answer phones and do not return phone calls. People literally have rain coming in their homes. We cannot get them out here to look at roofs for months and months is ever. Then when they send people, the do not speak English and our homeowners cannot communicate with them. Even though there is a warranty it is useless. Homeowner have had to pay out of pocket to other roofing companies to repair the work. I have a friend who lives in an HOA who actually sued them. We cannot get our HOA to do anything about it. EDIT -- This is not Irene. I have never left a review for you before.

  The customers needs to get with their management company, these leaks are not roof related, their roofs are full of debris and gutters are backing up we have pictures to prove it, we have been communicating directly with their HOA directly. We were out there today again to do inspections for 40 bldgs we did not charge you guys, The gutters are full of debris not a roof leak, simply maintenance issues.

  I thought going with a local company I knew had been around for years, I would have a better experience. I have brought my issues to there attention upon making final payment. Including photos. I havent heard from anyone. Crickets. But, they had time to deposit the check real quick. I would like to think if I was running a business, I would do whatever I could to please the customer. The roofers were on my roof until 10 p.m. what they possibly be doing for 2 hours in the dark?? Probably not good quality after sundown. They definitely never cleaned up. Because who can see to clean up at 10 o'clock. They not only left trash, but all there chicken bones all over from lunch. My fence gates were wide open. Never scanned for nails. My daughter had a flat tire the next day. I'm still finding them around the yard. Not even near the house. Landscape bricks they helped themselves to for holding down there tarps. Left those all over the yard, wherever they were done using them. All and all very disappointed. I guess I just expected so much better. I would not recommend Done Rite roofing

  I apologize that you had a bad clean up experience, I can send someone out to run the magnet again. I promise you have a darn good roof that will last over 25 years, my installers have been with us for the last 18 years. Unfortunately they run out of time and the clean up ends up being last which you are correct it is not acceptable.

  Not a good experience. Due to faulty workmanship I had water intrusion into three rooms. Still in 2024 Roof is leaking. From 2022 to 2025. Just found out They did a bad job on my flashing and my fascia Board should have been replaced full.of holes and rot. No quality control. . Roof has been a problem.Think bebore you hire.

  The leaks Irene is mentioned are not roofing leaks, we have been dealing with her association and they are obviously not relaying the messages to her, we have been out there several times and every time it is a maint issue not a roofing issue.

  Antonio and his crew worked on our home and they did a great job. They arrived on time everyday and cleaned up daily. Antonio is a great communicator, professional and really takes his job to heart. He provided excellent solutions to a couple areas we were having problems with every time it rained. They replaced a lot of rotten wood on the facia, and even painted it so the natural wood wouldnt stick out from the rest of our house thats painted white. Clean up was spot on, we havent found a nail yet!!! Thanks for sending Antonio to supervise the work and to get the job Done Rite! Also shout out to Mercedes. I was unsure of the color selection. I called her asking for past customer comments to Black Sable, and she explained the color scheme throughly. Overall, we are loving our new roof. I picked out Black Sable and received compliments about how nice our roof looks. It totally updated our home and it looks amazing. 100% recommend Done Rite Roofing!

  Thank you Done Rite Roofing for giving me the best price and a professional installation. My neighbors have all complimented me on my new roof. I am a property manager in the area and i deal with contractors everyday. I will always use Done Rite roofing for all my roofing needs repairs and replacement.   The salesman was well informed about the Owens Corning (O-C) product line which met HOA standards. Scheduling, communications, and install were timely . Installers kept the job site and lawn neat and clean. Made the right choice of or an O-C roof.

  I needed to have a few areas of my flat roof repaired, rather than doing that I opted to have it replaced entirely. Done Rite Roofing came very highly recommended. I had 4 other companies come and give me quotes. I was most pleased with my interactions with Peter at Done Rite. Everyone in the office that I have dealt with has been wonderful every step along the way. This was the first time I have ever had to replace a roof so I was not sure of what to expect. After having gone through this experience, I am very confident in highly recommending Done Rite for any of your roofing needs. The crew showed up on time and did a great work! No mess was left either! The flat roof was done in 1 day, and when my home inspector came to take a look at it, he was quite pleased and said they did an amazing job! I feel very confident & have peace of mind that the roof will last for a long, long time to come. I am satisfied that I got a reasonable price and quality work, along with being treated respectfully. They are a great company & I will use them again, when i need to look at replacing the gabled area of my roof.

  I highly recommend Done Rite Roofing. Our experience with our salesman was straight forward. Our estimate was highly competitive when compared to estimates from other roofing companies. The tear off work and tile installation was completed on schedule. The job supervisor Henry was extremely responsive to any and all questions we had through the course of the installation.   I had a great experience with this roofing company from start to finish. They were professional, responsive, and patient throughout the entire process, including helping me navigate some unexpected permit and paperwork issues. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and did an excellent job on our roof. They kept the work area clean and made sure everything was completed properly. Communication was great, and they were always quick to answer questions and keep me updated. Roof projects can be stressful, but they made the process much easier. I'm very happy with the final result and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing roofing work.
