  These guys suck. I called them, asked who i was speaking to... and THEY HUNG UP! All i want is a new roof man. Suprised you arent already out of business if thats how you handle customers.

  I called to get an estimate. The response " is this to setup an appointment?(in a very stern tone)" I responded with "Is this Tyrone & Sons" to the person hanging up... If that's how people do business I don't want to do business with them!

  We hired a roofing and exterior team to replace our old roof, update the fascia and soffit, install new gutters, and wrap the trim around the doors and windows with metal. It really made the whole house look refreshed, almost like a new home. From the first meeting, Jaime explained the roofing process step by step and made everything easy to understand. Throughout the project, Duane and Nathan provided excellent customer service. They answered every question, helped us choose practical options, and shared their knowledge in a clear, simple way. I am not an expert in roofing or exterior work, so I appreciated their guidance. The crew showed strong workmanship from start to finish. The roof installation looks clean and solid, the flashing and trim work were done carefully, and the final result looks great. For a home in Salt Lake City, it was important to have exterior work that looks good and also holds up well through the changing seasons. We are very happy with the quality, professionalism, and care the team brought to the job.

  The roofing crew was excellent from start to finish. Nathan and his team showed up on time, carefully removed the old skylights, and kept noise and debris to a minimum both inside the home and around the yard. The new skylights and surrounding roof work were installed with great attention to detail, and everything looked clean, solid, and professionally finished. The crew was organized, respectful, and worked well together throughout the job. They protected the work area, cleaned up thoroughly, and left the property looking even better than before they arrived. Nathan was friendly, courteous, and very professional the whole time. At the end, he reviewed the completed roofing and skylight work with me and shared photos on his tablet so I could clearly see the finished results. I highly recommend this roofing team in Salt Lake City for skylight replacement and related roof work.

  Jaime gave me a bid to replace my old flat roof with a hip-style standing seam 24-gauge metal roof on my commercial building. Since the building is older, I was concerned the roofing cost would be very high, but the whole process turned out much better than I expected. I had contacted a few other roofing contractors first, and one never sent an estimate while another missed our appointment. After that, I connected with this roofing company, and Nathan was excellent from start to finish. He handled the project details, explained the roofing options clearly, and helped me feel confident about moving forward. There were a few small delays because of engineering and planning, but the crew stayed on top of everything and worked through each issue in a professional way. The communication was solid, and I always felt like the job was in good hands. Now my commercial property has a beautiful, strong green metal roof that looks great and should last for many years. I am very thankful for the quality work, the honest service, and the care they put into the whole roofing project.

  Duane and Nathan were amazing to work with. We had never gone through a homeowners insurance claim for roof repair before, so the whole process felt overwhelming at first, but they made it much easier. They were helpful, professional, patient, and on time every step of the way. Our roofing project involved much more than just installing new shingles. The crew also replaced damaged roof decking and put on new gutters, and everything was handled with care and skill. Duane coordinated the right roofing and gutter people for each part of the job, which kept the work moving smoothly and gave us a lot of confidence in the process. Duane, Nathan, and Jaime also spent a lot of time working with our insurance company to help us understand the coverage and make sure we were getting the right information to help with costs. That support meant a lot to us and took a lot of stress off our shoulders. The roofing crew that handled the tear-off and replacement did an excellent job as well. They were friendly, fast, efficient, and respectful of our home and property. From material delivery to the final cleanup, everything was well organized and professionally done.   I can’t say enough good things about the roofing team. I was getting ready to sell my home and needed a roof certification for an older discontinued shingle that was very hard to match, and I also had to get everything finished before closing. Nathan came out, inspected the roof, found matching materials, arranged the repair, and had the work completed fast. After the repair, they provided the certificate so it could be transferred to the new homeowners. The whole process was smooth, professional, and much less stressful than I expected. Their communication was clear, the roof repair looked great, and the pricing was fair. It really helped keep the home sale moving on time.   Quick and thorough roof replacement on our 1350 ft2 home in Salt Lake City. Tyrone & Sons Roofing & Remodeling finished the full reroof in about a day and a half, and the crew kept the jobsite very clean. The front driveway actually looked better when they left, and they did a solid job protecting the property while working. Great customer service too. During the roofing install, the power went out in a couple of rooms, so i spoke with duane and he got jaime out to check it right away. The issue was found fast and fixed in well under two hours. both men were very knowledgeable, calm, and efficient, and they went straight into troubleshooting and getting everything working again. i really respect that kind of hands-on work ethic and how seriously they took the concern. The new roof looks great, the workmanship appeared very detailed, and from the few times i checked during the install, it looked like they were not cutting corners. The shingles, flashing, and overall finish all looked professionally done, and the whole project moved along smoothly without a lot of disruption. Pricing seemed competitive as well, and overall this was a very positive experience. Very happy with the service and confident this roof will hold up well.

  My dad recommended a local roofing company after a major hail storm in Salt Lake City. Our older roof had heavy hail damage, and Jaime was able to handle temporary roof repairs until the insurance inspection was completed. He then worked closely with the insurance company and helped point out several roofing issues the adjuster had overlooked. We chose to upgrade to a radiant barrier and a Class 4 shingle roof. It did cost a little more upfront for the better roofing materials, but the added protection and long-term value were worth it. After we submitted the roofing paperwork to the insurance company, we received a nice discount on our annual policy, which helped offset the upgrade cost pretty quickly.   i can’t say enough good things about the roofing crew and nathan. after a strong storm rolled through, we found a roof leak and called for help. the office quickly sent the request over, and nathan reached out not long after. he gave us a very reasonable arrival window and actually got to the house even sooner. nathan was friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. he clearly knows roofing work and really cares about protecting his customers and their home. since more bad weather was expected later, he made it a priority to inspect the shingles, flashing, and leak area right away so the problem could be handled before it got worse. he explained the repair in simple terms, answered our questions, and made us feel confident about the condition of our roof. the service was fast, honest, and reliable from start to finish. whether we need a small roof repair, storm damage work, or a full roof replacement, we won’t be calling anyone else. really great experience, very fair pricing, and excellent customer care.

  Excellent service from Jaime and the crew at Tyrone & Sons Roofing & Remodeling. They were easy to work with, honest, reliable, and very friendly throughout the whole roofing project. Communication was strong from the first estimate through the final walkthrough, and every step was clearly explained. The roof replacement stayed on schedule, the gutter work turned out great, and the cleanup after the job was very thorough. The new roof and gutters look outstanding and really improved the home. It is hard to find roofing contractors who operate with this level of care and consistency. Jaime’s follow-up support and commitment after the job have also been excellent. He truly cares about customers, stands behind the roofing work, and has been helpful with maintenance questions and guidance even after the project was finished.
