  Roof replacement due to wind damage and the insurance claim process were handled professionally at first, and the inspection and claim approval process with Action Roofing went smoothly. The breakdown began during installation. Communication was almost nonexistent during the project, and the crew appeared to complete the roof and then leave with zero follow-up. Cleanup was less than poor. The driveway area where the dumpster was removed was neglected, and I picked up more than 50+ nails myself, then had to buy a large magnet to finish the cleanup. The crew didn’t even sweep up where the dumpster had been. Roofing materials, unused boxes of nails were left in my front yard for more than a week, and some of the roof ridge was left unfinished for days. When rain came, I had to get on the roof myself to tarp the unfinished area and secure it with sandbags. These guys didn’t even care to cover the unfinished and exposed roof. After about 10 days from the start, the unfinished portion was completed, but my tarps were removed and kept by the folks who finished it up. Even then, communication never happened, and I was told by my sales rep that the completion had been handled by the owner himself. I would not have known that from the complete lack of updates from the install crew, and what I was told was the owner himself. The situation became worse when Action Roofing failed to pay its materials vendor, and a few months later, I was drawn into legal action over the materials that Action Roofing had failed to pay their vendor for. A lien has been placed on my home through Salt Lake County by their vendor, as well as 4 other customers of Action Roofing. Now the matter has become time-consuming and costly. The roof was installed in mid-November, my insurance company made a final claim payment in March, and I was served a court summons for Action Roofing’s unpaid vendor debt in early June. Based on this negative experience, I strongly advise against using Action Roofing. The

We were not made aware of any issues with your roof after it was completed; had we known, we would have gladly taken immediate steps to resolve them. Regarding your account, there is still an outstanding balance for the work performed. Because you independently hired a public adjuster, we were legally restricted from communicating directly with your insurance company to help facilitate the remaining funds. Once the outstanding balance is paid in full, all associated liens will be promptly released.

  We apologize that you feel things did not go according to your expectations. Upon final walk through with your husband the issues that he wanted addressed were addressed promptly. It’s unfortunate that the end result is you are not happy. We will be more communicative in the future. However I am confident you ended up with a great product and that you will have no issues with your roof in the future

  Called the business to get a quote on an attic fan but they said they “they aren’t doing installs at the moment”. If businesses are unable to provide the services they advertise in doing, why are you in business.

  Great job. Insurance threatened to cancel my policy. So dreadful process began, however Action Roofing savede so much headache and stress. My agent was thrilled with results and even commented that it was one of the best installations she has seen. Crew was respectful and thorough. Bid came in well under what others were and with final inspection completed and warranty assured. I was thrilled there was no hidden fees or surprises at the end of it all. Service was impeccable! I would highly recommend. I should also note that the crew did an impeccable job at clean up each day, not one screw or nail located. So no threat of a flat tire after all this. Complete tear down and installation. New drip edge gave my gutters exactly what they needed to function correctly. As a contractor from scheduling to completion I would say top notch. Communication was excellent 👌 👏. Save yourself headaches and just go with Action! Great job guys! I look forward to referring you in the future

  Action Roofing took great care of me. They handled the inspection fast, walked me through the options, and the crew showed up exactly when they said they would. The roof looks clean, the site was spotless after, and they even took care of a small issue on the side of the house that wasn’t part of the original scope. Solid team, easy to work with, and I’d recommend them.

  Action Roofing was amazing to work with. They called frequently and kept me updated on the work. They showed up when they said they would. The work is beautiful. And they cleaned up the yard so well afterwards, that you wouldn’t know we had all of our shingles replaced. Amazing

  Action Roofing did a terrific job. Their crew did the job in two days. They were ready to work at 8 am and worked until 6 pm. The foreman was ready with information to my questions. They cleaned the yard around the house. I highly recommend Action Roofing.

  After getting bids from multiple companies, I decided to go with Action Roofing. Their bid was slightly lower and also included a few extras that the others didn't, so I decided to give them a shot. They scheduled me in within a week and the roof turned out great! Justin was great to work with and I would definitely use them again.

  We hired Action Roofing to install a new roof on our home that has a flat roof. We were a little concerned because we didn’t have any confidence in a roof that was flat but Holly reassured us that they are specialists in membrane roofing. We looked at the material options and we were very surprised at the difference between the membrane roofing products as opposed to the old tar and rock roof we had previously. Happy to say it’s been over a year and we have had no problems at all! We loved the education we received from everyone in the company and we have been very confident in the roof ever since installation
