  Door to door salesman persisted with his sales pitch after I pointed out my no soliciting sign. Interrupted my writing so I could hear about Erie Homes’ service that’s “free of charge, so it doesn’t count as soliciting.” Obviously Erie Homes couldn’t care less about their customers’ time and lives. STOP door to door sales NOW.

  -12 stars is more fitting. First off, They were “in the neighborhood and wanted to give us a quote” at 630pm then ending up with them not leaving my house until 10PM! After several times asking them to leave. They talked to us like we were 12 years old and didn’t know a thing about our own home. Then claimed we were in danger and our roof needed to be replaced ASAP then quoting us 50k..? Absolute garbage.

  Salesman were good but after I said no 20 times. each time they came back with a lower and lower price decided to give a deposit of 300$ and think about it for the night. Decided not to and have been waiting for my refund of the 300$ for over 14 days and everytime I reach out I get a run around!

  Just had an Erie Homes salesman try to gaslight me. I pointed out that he wasn’t respecting our clear “no solicitation” sign and he began repeatedly arguing that he was not soliciting by offering me a free inspection (to eventually get my business). This is solicitation and it’s illegal to do it on a home clearly marked with signs of “no solicitation.” Gas lighting is very triggering for me. When he kept repeating himself denying he was soliciting, I yelled at him to get off my property. I understand people trying to make a living, but not when I’m clearly telling you “No”. From now on, I’m going to start with “Get off my property, you’re trespassing.”

  I am so happy with my new roof. Brandon’s crew who did the work were A+‼️I had lots of questions, they answered them all. I checked the shingle color and underlayment to make sure all was well. They asked permission to put a dump trailer pulled by a truck in driveway. NOT a dumpster that might ruin the driveway. They had the take off an antenae to put on shingles. Replaced it made sure it worked. Restrung the wire and the Christmas lights that had to be shifted. Made several passes around house to collect all the nails and screws. Cleaned up all garbage . Blew off the particles on the roof as well as on the driveway and patio. Answered all my questions and did an amazing job‼️‼️ Also Dana went the extra mile texting me on weekends and after his vacation when the rebate didn’t show up right away‼️Very happy‼️

  Erie home was quick and efficient. The clean up was excellent. We can already tell that the temperature on the different levels of our home has evened out. This may mean that we will save money on our utility bills. We feel that the venting and water systems on the roof are fantastic.

  My experience with Erie was all around top notch. The new roof that was installed was everything that was promised. The customer service from start to finish and everyone in between treated my family and I like we were their family. They always were communicating with me with any news and updates on a regular basis. Recommend highly.

  Kyle is very knowledgeable with helping us through the prossess of ordering our new roof. He was patient, polite and easy going dealing with my husband and I who weren’t even sure we needed a new roof. He took the time to answer all our questions and insured us that his company could deliver an excellent product that would last for 30+ The workers left our yard clean just as they found it. Thank you Erie Homes for a great experience. A 5 star company.

  Brady Maylett, sales representative, is awesome. His explanations and knowledge were detailed and informative. We feel all of our questions were addressed to our satisfaction. No high pressure. We will use Erie Home to replace our roof.

  WARNING stay away from this company! First of all within minutes of providing information they begin by calling you constantly until you answer. That should have been the first sign of a problem. Then after the guy came to my home he spent over 6 hours giving a sales pitch and pressuring me to purchase. He changed the price 3-4 different times in an attempt to get me to spend an enormous amount of money for a roof replacement. These prices were only good at that moment otherwise I would be paying full retail. If their product is so good it should be able to sell itself without the high pressure and allow a customer to analyze properly. They are worst than a car salesman. Their high pressure sale tactics are very unprofessional. Asking people to commit to a large purchase without the abilities to review properly is completely unacceptable and I do not recommend them. They care more about the sale than the customer!
