  They did good job but then 1st rain storm noticed a leak and called to get someone to come out and look, was told they will tell the contractor it’s rush/emergency no one ever called and we called few more times still nothing. If you have issues good luck it may not get fixed or resolved.

  We hired this company to do a roof for us. They were very attentive. The process was awesome until we are now having a problem with the roof. We’ve made multiple attempts to contact them and no one has ever called us back. They obviously did not guarantee their work. We now have to hire another company to fix their problem. Would never recommend them

  In 2023 I hired lifetime to replace the roof on my sonroom. They recommend a TPO roof. After completion of the job I soon found d that it leaked. I have been trying g to get them to finish the job for two years. They have not even made an attempt. I hope they complete the job soon so that further actions will not be necessary.

  during the course of installing my roof, the installers did not drain my swamp cooler. This caused water to come pouring down onto my kitchen ceiling. They sprayed a textured paint on the ceiling hiding the fact that extensive water damage had occurred. This foam repair has deteriorated since/ peeled showing the extent of the damage that occurred on install. Their project manager Steve did come down to my house one time to look at it. While he was there he parked in front of my neighbors driveway preventing them from leaving. I have been trying to get Steve (project manager) to accept the responsibility by sending him photo and video from before and after as well as video from during the installation with the date of the video attached to the metadata of the video. Steve has promised to call me many times without ever reaching out. I paid them over $15k for my roof and their lack of taking responsibility for damaging this makes me sick. Do not use this company.

  Do not waste your time calling, it took a long time for them to call back and try to schedule an appointment for a quote. Once they called they were going to charge me for coming out to get a quote. If I’m looking for a full roof replacement I don’t wanna be nickel and dimed hundreds of dollars just for a quote.

  I’m sorry Kevin. Our salesman changed your status to repair, which we charge a diagnostic fee for. We do not charge for a re roofing quote. Wish you the best! Hopefully you got what you needed from someone!

  If they allowed me to leave zero stars I would. Let's start from the beginning. I was quoted a price for half of the roof to be done. I paid a deposit and was told it would be 4-5 weeks out. That was in September. Over the last months I have been strung along with no return phone calls and promises that they would come out soon. Fast forward to today end of November. I get a text stating they were backing out due to the fact they did not want to do half a roof. If that was a problem it should have been addressed months ago. Not string a client around and take a deposit. I have advised that they now have 72 hours to refund my money. Also a formal complaint will be filed with DOPL regarding thier unprofessional behavior. Please do not use this extremely unprofessional business. Very unethical business. If they think they can get away and not refund money they will find out they messed with the wrong person and all legal action against thier business will be taken. Anybody else who has had similar issue should report it to DOPL (Department of Professional Licensing). Each time a complaint is made they are required to investigate thier license. Do not let companies like this screw you over, stand up for your rights.

  James and Boston were great to work with. We got the roof in before it got too cold and On Top not only did everything we had talked about but also went above and beyond to make sure things were right after they got started.

  These guys are awesome!!! We discovered A leak directly above our front door, which we were pretty sure probably came through the roof. I notified LifeTime and within a day James came out to have a look. Immediately went right to work and noticed a potential issue…then he repaired it on the spot. LifeTime originally built my roof 10 years ago and we haven’t had any major problems with it and this minor problem was fixed quickly. These are great guys and have always been very kind to look at any problem we may have had. Highly recommend them!! The best!

  It has been so smooth working with Lifetime Roofing. From the first phone call to the install. Very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. It was nice to work with a company that has the expertise to install multiple products. I had shingles with a couple metal accents, and they handled them all. Big shout out to the crew for the cleanliness and doing a beautiful job. I will definitely recommend Lifetime Roofing to all my family and friends. Thanks LIFETIME!

  I had a long journey to choose my roofing contractor. Here's why I went with Edgar and Lifetime Roofing. * Price - I got a bunch of roofing quotes for different brands, materials, etc., and while Lifetime Roofing wasn't the cheapest *overall*, the price they quoted me was a steal for the high-quality materials that they used. Their price was the lowest of any company for the exact materials. * Responsiveness & knowledge - I had a ton of questions before I signed on the dotted line, and Edgar was with me during every step of the process with a professional attitude. I was into ridge vents, and he saved me money by pointing out that while there were two ridges on my roof that would benefit from them, the dormer on my garage is framed-in and a ridge vent would make no sense. Other companies were perfectly happy to let me make that mistake and let me believe that I was improving air circulation. After doing a lot of my own research and talking to a few companies, I had at least a beginners grasp of some of the minutiae of roofing (nails, products, flashing, etc). Edgar patiently answered every single one of my questions, detailed or general. He never once dismissed me or misinterpreted my questions as an attack on his workmanship. I also liked that Edgar was able to show me past roofs that Lifetime had worked on. We were able to see one with the exact same brand/color of shingle, which really pushed us over the edge on our decision. I think it shows the relationship that they've built up with their previous customers that they have a ready "portfolio" of work. * Quality - The day of the roof replacement, the crew showed up early and worked diligently to get it done that day. They worked quickly, but thoroughly. When they left, I didn't find any nails lying on the ground, only a couple of underlayment scraps that had been blown by the wind. When the job was done, Edgar returned to do an inspection of the roof, and also took a couple of beautiful drone shots that I'

  I have a leak over my side door they came out bid it and said they could do it the following Saturday. That was 3-4 months ago with no communication on their part. I have called them multiple times with no resolve insight. I would not recommend them at all.
