  Two Brothers Roofing was incredibly frustrating to deal with—it took them four separate visits to finally fix a simple roof leak. Each time, they claimed the issue was resolved, but water kept coming in. We had the interior repaired after the initial leak, it leaked again - in the same location - and damaged our interior ceiling a second time. Despite their repeated failures, they refused to take responsibility for the interior damage caused by the ongoing leak. Their lack of accountability and poor workmanship made the entire experience stressful and costly.

  Didn’t install gutter materials as directed. Demanded full payment on the promise they would return and correct / complete the job. Never returned nor responded and blocked my repeated calls. Gutters now not functioning correctly. …

  Service was rendered June 2 and June 5th. My house needed a new roof. They were fast removing the roof however there were several issues. 1.The old flashing above the front door roof was white they used brown and black. It didnt look good! They did fix this by just painting the brown flashing white instead of replacing with white flashing sloppy work. I wad told by Jordan from 2 Brother's "I apologize about the flashing. I will get that fixed next week." It took him two weeks to come fix due to various reasons he was sick and had car issues. 2.The flat roof is green, not gray which we selected. I was told "When it comes to the flat roof, there aren't as many color options as a shingle roof. The shingle roof was quarry gray and the closest to that for the flat roof was estate gray." Why wasn't I ever told about the difference in color during the install? Not that big of a deal you can't see the flat roof from ground level. Just wish they were upfront about it. 3. Some of the shingles on the back roof are not the right color. I was told "The pictures does make the flat roof appear to look green but in person the flat roof is gray, it is just a different shade than the shingle roof." He tried to gaslight me and say what I saw with my own eyes wasn't the case. No, it definitely looked like a different color to me. If I hadn't noticed they wouldn't have said anything. They ran out of Estate Gray and tried to use a different color roof shingles. 4. Looks like the flat roof is already showing defective work from them walking on it. At least there is a 5 year warranty. For over $10k, I wish I could say I am completely satisfied, but I'm not. They did sloppy work and they need to communicate with customers when any changes deviate from contract. They did fix all issues only because I called them out, which I shouldn't have had to do if they were forthright and honest upfront. It felt like they did a rush job and tried to cut corners.

  I did my home work and spent time working through several roofing companies (Stay Dry, Indy Pro, Big Boy). It all felt like a moving target and a lot of showman ship until meeting with Dana over here. It helped I had my info ready and knew what I was looking for a this point but he was direct, spoke in earnest and had the availability. Explained I had a bad experience in the past with one of the larger companies and he made sure I felt good about going with the smaller company. Consulted well with me, took pictures the whole way, monitored the job site well, kept it clean and tidy, and warrantied the work well without some crazy matrix outlining imaginary cost structures. Get guy and great experience - I'd feel confident pushing the referral to my family members

  Jordan came out to my home, and was AMAZING! I rarely leave reviews, but I would recommend this place to anyone! I wish I had known about them sooner! He was kind, patient, and very knowledgeable - and most importantly got the job done! I recommend them to anyone looking for roof repairs!

  Dana and Jordan were easy to work with, friendly and professional. Work was done in a timely manner, and at a reasonable cost (including clean up). I would highly recommend them, especially if you’re looking for someone who won’t try to take advantage of you by trying to sell you something that you don’t need.

  If I could assign more stars I would. Dana LaLibierte and Two Brothers Roofing crew did an excellent job. Completed job efficiently and on timely basis. Crew demonstrated hard work and care throughout, including clean-up. Great working with Dana, appreciated his personal oversight and communication. Love the new roof, looks great!   They put on a new roof for us a few years back, and did a great job. After the last round of storms we had a little wind damage. They stood behind their warranty and took care of it for us.
