  Please see my photo for my yelp review. We signed a contract in May and have still not had our services completed. We were told by an employee that they work with google to get all negative reviews removed, so they ARE NOT actually rated 4.9 stars. DO NOT USE BIG BOY.. I REPEAT.. DO NOT USE BIG BOY.

  I really liked Kody and his communication. He didn’t try to sell me on anything that we didn’t need. Easy to talk to. I was pretty happy with the work overall as well. I was a bit off put on one section that sort of curved up but they said it was the best they could do and I accepted that. The issue stemmed from when we went to sell our house. An inspection brought up that H clips weren’t installed and should have been standard given the spacing of our rafters. I texted Kody and he mentioned that he doesn’t work there anymore but put me in contact with the guys that do. They said that h clips should have been installed and would look into it and let me know within a week. A month went by. Nothing. I texted again and they apologized for the delay. Said they’d look into it and get back to me in a few days. Nothing. It’s now been 2 months total. Luckily it didn’t hold up the sale of our house because there wasn’t any sag and while h clips would have prolonged the life of the roof and should have been standard, it didn’t seem to be a “now” issue. Very happy initially but this lack of follow up and follow through was very disappointing especially given they knew we were under contract.

  This has been a really bad experience. I was hit by a tornado so I initially contacted Big Boys because of the 5 star review AND I really wanted something major built which outside from my roof this was most important but I have seen nothing close to 5 star. There communication has been terrible and the workmanship close to the same. My biggest fault was paying them the final before it was done as I travel extensively and sometimes its very difficult to make the time and I really thought it work out but was I wrong. I had faith that 5 star meant they would do what it took to make it right but this isn't what I received. They sent a 2 star sub down to install my shingles that could not read a tape measure and then they annihilated some of my J Channel and fascia. They installed my new stove pipe and measured it wrong so the pipe fell over, the roof leaked and they had to send another guy down to cover the roof with a tarp to stop the leak. Then he measured it wrong and had to order another pipe and after many weeks he finally got it installed but the screen looks like it came from Walmart and I have a back feeling I will see problems in the near future. I asked for a quote for something months ago and was told yeah we are working on it but waiting on pricing........NOT. I have now asked for the finale paperwork so I can turn it into my insurance company and they refuse to respond. NOT A 5 STAR RESPONSE. Bad decision on my end and I would definitely look into another company if I were looking for a contractor. Also the subs had cap nails all over where they parked assuming from loading their bags.

  I had another contractor talking to me and the “manager” felt the need to come behind the gentleman and hand his information to me. I found this to be unprofessional. He claimed to be in management, but if that’s how he’s training individuals. I recommend using someone else. For anyone looking at using this contractor this was my interaction with them. Stay aware!

  I've received somewhere in the range of 20 cold calls from this company in the last 3 weeks. I have requested multiple times that they remove me from whatever list they are using, which only stops the calls for two days.

  Horrible Customer Service! Called and they came out for a soffit and facia repair estimate. Tried to sell me into a yearly maintenece fee plus the repairs. Asked them to give me the esitmate for the repairs. Sales rep kept texting but never provided an estimates but have me a verbal cost which was several tbousand more than any of the other estimates I received.. It has now been several months with no estimate. Horrible, customer service and care.

  I would highly recommend Big Boys Construction! I had my roof replaced and David Leverenz was very helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. As a first time homebuyer, I found the process to be very smooth. Pricing was also very reasonable.

  I called Big Boy’s Construction out for a roofing and gutter replacement quote. Joe was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and informative. I was a bit nervous. Joe made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions and concerns. I didn’t feel pressured into making a decision right away. The entire process was explained very clearly step by step.   Big boys Construction seemed very thorough, came to the house inspected the roof took multiple pictures and reviewed them with me pointed out things that absolutely needed repair and although I have not had my roof repaired yet they seemed very thorough and I would recommend them for an estimate if your roof is in need of repair

  When our roof needed total replacement of roof, gutters, downspouts, et.al., we contacted roofing companies for bids. Of the four contractors from whom we received estimates, Big Boy was an obvious choice primarily due to the project manager, Gary Andrew. He was professional, prompt, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Most importantly, his follow up and attention to detail made the project run more smoothly than we could possibly have imagined. If we ever need work done on our home, we will not hesitate to call Big Boy Construction!

  I got a referral from my neighbor who had Big Boy's do three of his houses' roofs. Mike was immediately responsive, diagnosed the issue with a great degree of thoroughness, got me scheduled right away, and did an excellent job with follow up. Highly recommend!

  Had hail damage to my roof and gutters big boys stopped by and took it from there from dealing with the insurance to explaining the process they all were awesome to deal with I would have normally got multiple estimates but didn’t feel I needed to with big boys all the guys were great , the roofers and gutter teams were great , made sure everything was right and cleaned up before they left , other than the damage itself was a great experience, will definitely use them again if needed , anyone out there needing work give them a call

  Robby and Keith provided a free inspection of our roof for possible hail damage. They were professional, polite, and honest. The inspection revealed only minor hail damage, and therefore they didn't persuade me to file a claim with insurance. Their honesty and timeliness during the inspection was greatly appreciated.
