  I agree with the concerns raised by others. Ryan J’s behavior has been inappropriate and unprofessional. He has repeatedly made people feel uncomfortable, including minors, and has created a negative environment in the community. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Our community deserves businesses that treat people with respect and professionalism.

  Complete garbage. No communication. Just gives the run around when called to get an update.

  Roof repair was fine. But the delivery truck stained our driveway. Bone Dry Promised to fix it, but nothing has been done.I’m getting tired of waiting.

  Bone Dry installed new gutters and replaced two bird boxes. One of the bird boxes had to be redone shortly after because it became detached. A few years later the gutters were damaged in a storm. I contacted Bone Dry for repairs. It was urgent because water was draining into the soffits and draining down the wall. Dispatch was not concerned, and offered a time later that week. A day or two later, I noticed that the confirmation email/text had the wrong date. I called Dispatch and they insisted they meant a week later than what I was informed. They showed zero remorse and made zero effort to help prevent further damage done to my house. Bone Dry does subpar work that doesn't last, and when it does break, they put zero effort into fixing it. I strongly advise you pay a little extra if it means you can avoid using Bone Dry for any project.

  Never give your money to this company! Let me start from the beginning. Last year, due to some storm damage, I needed a roof repair. I also had some water damage around the chimney. During the estimate process I also decided to go ahead and have new gutters installed. Eventually, they completed all of this work late in 2025. I "was" very satisfied. On March 13th, high winds knocked my chimney (metal not brick) over. When I got up on the roof I discovered that my chimney was reinstalled during the repairs with nothing more than some caulking. I attempted to call their emergency repair line over the weekend and I left detailed messages. No one ever returned my call and it rained on Sunday night. So, I had water coming in my roof and flowing all the way to the basement. On Monday, I called again (because they still had not called and explained what was going on. First I was told they didn't do anything with my chimney and it wasn't their fault. Excuse me, you replaced the plywood "under" my chimney and installed new flashing "under" my chimney and you were able to do that without removing the chimney cap? After some time on the phone they agreed to come out and look at it and call me back. It is now Wednesday afternoon. No one has been to my house and no one has called. Never give your money to this company! Now I have to find a new company to fix the work Bone Dry did.

  I work right next to the Bone Dry facility. The drivers are terrible. There’s a pedestrian crosswalk with flashing lights and the Bone Dry drivers never stop. People have almost been hit multiple times. They need to do better. Safety should be a priority.

  We hired Bone Dry Roofing to replace our carport roof because we were dealing with stagnant water on top of our carport roof attracting mosquitos and bugs. The salesman and the workers stated, "they would tapper the roof to drain the water into the gutters". Our contract also states, the water would drain into the gutters. The water is not draining into the gutters. The water is still stagnant on top of the carport roof. Bone Dry has tried on two occasions to correct the issues, but we still have stagnant water on our carport roof that's still attracting mosquitos and bugs. They damaged our siding and took pieces of our siding off our home while trying to resolve the carport roof. They continue to demand payment and the carport roof and siding is not resolved/complete. Bone Dry Roofing filed a lean on our home but the job is not complete. We now have to file this in court in order to make them complete the unfinished work at our home. I attached pictures of the remaining water after the second time they tried to resolve the issues and was not successful. I also attached the damages they caused to our siding on our home.   Bone Dry Roofing was an excellent experience. From Sales (Ryan) to Project Mgr (Kayla) to Project Supervisor (Nick) to all the roofing crew — they all did a great job! Pictures were sent to us throughout the day and communication was outstanding. They arrived at 7:30AM and job was completed by 5:30PM. The crew did a great job with clean-up. I highly recommend Bone Dry Roofing. They use quality products, are very professional and the finished roof looks wonderful.

  On June 2, 2026 Bone dry roofing replaced my shingles. The project manager was Nicholas Shirkey. Mr Shirkey informed me that this was not his usual crew and the had hammered each shingle and may not be finished in a day. But they a would try. While crew was clean and professional. They finished on June 2 but had scuffed shingles that needed to be replaced. The high heat did not make it possible on the 2nd. Mr. Shirley advised me he would come back with a week to address those shingles. By July 1, no one came to fix the issue. I called bone dry and explained the problem. They came out and did an inspection within a week. On July 21, 2026 they came and addressed the issue. Mr. Trevor Brown came to fix the 7 scuffed shingles. Thank you for your professionalism and commitment to doing a complete job. Initially I was really nervous when Mr. Shirley did not come back within a week. However the company kept their word and followed up. In this world it is hard to find an owner that makes sure his workers keep their word and do a good job Thank you!

  Very satisfied with the roofing work that bone dry did. Great and clear communication, hassle free experience for the day they did the work. They sent update of the progress throughout the day. Inspection video afterwards. Recommend

  The Bone Dry teams did a great job on our roof , gutters, and insulation. They were timely and communicated well. The pricing is somewhat higher but there is a multi- trade discount & good pre and post inspections & warranties

  Highly recommend Bone Dry! Damien came out to give us a quote and was so detailed and incredibly knowledgeable. We knew immediately after that we’d go with them to replace our roof. Then the team came out and were so quick and efficient with EVERYTHING! And the follow up after from both on site and via phone was the cherry on top! Extremely happy with our decision to go with them!

  A Well Oiled Machine. The care and attention to doing and finishing the jobs. Everyone had a job and finished. The supervisor did an excellent job communicating questions and concerns of property safety and findings after removing the old roof. Well Done!
