  Called them two times over the span of a few of months for a small repair over my back porch. On the day of the appointment they conveniently cancel the appointments and I had to call them to find out BOTH times. Little did they know, I will need to replace the entire roof over my house soon. Won’t be using Bone Dry for any of my future needs.

  Spent >$10,000 and my roof still leaks when it rains. They either “fixed” an issue that was not causing the leaking or have no idea how to repair roofing. I’m very disappointed, absolutely terrible experience.

Regarding the drywall work referred to in your review, we were quick to come out and correct anything that wasn't satisfactory at the time of completion. For your exterior work, it was indicated to us that you wanted to pay via a check in the mail, and despite multiple follow ups and offerings to pick up the check, we did not receive your payment after considerable time had passed. At the time of this response, you have paid in full and no longer have a balance due. We appreciate customer feedback as it allows us to improve our processes. Thank you.

  We had a leak around the chimney. The job was too expensive and I think an overkill solution. They have too many chiefs - one for each aspect of the job and they didn’t communicate. They left a shabby trailer on the street for days with waste on the street. They were bugging me for final payment before the job was done.

  I have given bondry over 150-200 k of works. The reason is I believed they can stay behind their works and honor their warranty. I paid over 100 k for one job and still has few years warranty left. Just few days ago we called for leak and your guy said B vent is rusted and that’s why it is leaking. This is the second time for the same complex I called for warranty. The second time I called different company to make sure. There was no problems with B vent. The shingle around was not good. I paid them to fix the problems today and also fixed another problems that I called last year and you wanted to charged me almost $1000 for it. bondry does NOT stay behind their job or warranty. I have a proof The second big problem with bondry is when you call for leak you have to go through a ridiculous process and wait for a long time. It’s ridiculous especially when bondry charges a premium price. When you have a leak problem customers should wait 4 weeks. They told me that yesterday. Ridiculous! I was very wrong about bondry roofing. Here’s your review from me. Be honest and back up your works. I gave you single job flat job almost 200k. Very disappointed with bondry. I have a proof your guy lied about the leak. I have an invoice that I just paid to fixed your problem. I will not recommend you anymore. Back up your works and honor your warranty especially with your very high price.

  From the first gentleman that came out to the last technician they were very polite and thoughtful. Everything was explained so that I understood completely. I was impressed that they sent someone out to check the work and to make sure everything was done correctly.

  We have used Bone Dry for a roof replacement, chimney repair/rebuild, and most recently to do some improvements to the exterior of our home. They are not always the cheapest, but their communication is excellent, they do good work and they stand behind it with a great warranty.
