Working with this company has been a nightmare. We had roof and interior damage to our house and called Indy Roof And Restoration to do the work. They were very easy to work with until I signed over the check for the work. At that point, it …

I had to hound them to schedule a simple repair job for a month for them to install this masterpiece and remove my vent cover. They’d noted they didn’t have an exact match and that the color may vary a bit due to the age of the original siding, but this, my friends, is no where close. I would take my siding repair business elsewhere.

We’re sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your experience. When we first met to discuss your siding concerns, we explained that the original siding product on your home had been discontinued and that a full elevation replacement would provide the best overall appearance. After reviewing the options, you elected to proceed with a repair instead. We also explained that an exact match would likely not be available and that we would work to locate the closest possible replacement. To help ensure everyone was comfortable with the selected material, we obtained a color match recommendation from our supplier and provided it for your review and approval prior to installation. The color selection was approved before the work was completed. Regarding scheduling, our production timeline was approximately four weeks at the time of contracting, and that timeframe was communicated before the project began. We understand waiting for repairs can be frustrating, but the project was scheduled within the timeframe discussed. Matching discontinued siding is often challenging, particularly when existing siding has experienced years of weathering, fading, and accumulation of dirt and debris. While we strive to achieve the closest match possible, an exact match is not always available with discontinued products. We appreciate your feedback and would be happy to discuss your concerns further if you would like to contact our office directly. Indy Roof & Restoration Team (317) 676-4257

Working with Indy Roof has been a nightmare. I’ve been in my home with no issues since 2018. My home was in a fire in 2020 and rebuilt by May 2021. I had a free inspection done and went along with them for roof replacement. Winter of 2021 I …

Hi Amanda, we take this seriously and want to provide clear context for anyone reading. When Indy Roof and Restoration completed the roof replacement and decking work in May 2023, there were already attic mold and ventilation concerns present, and we specifically documented and explained that the blown-in insulation was covering the soffit intake vents. Those soffit vents are what allow fresh air to enter the attic so the ridge vent can properly exhaust heat and moisture; when they are completely blocked, the attic cannot breathe, moisture can remain trapped, and mold conditions can continue or return regardless of the roof replacement. We have returned multiple times and walked through this issue with you, and our position has remained consistent: the ongoing moisture and mold concern is tied to the blocked soffit intake ventilation, not the roof replacement work we were contracted to perform. Indy Roof and Restoration was not hired to perform insulation work, soffit vent correction, or mold remediation, and replacing the roof again would not resolve the underlying ventilation problem unless the soffit intake vents are opened and the attic airflow is corrected. We are still willing to review our documentation with you directly, but it is important to clarify that the items causing the current attic conditions are outside the scope of the roof replacement contract. Please have your soffit ventilation cleared out immediately for everyones safety.

Contacted the company and had someone come out. He inspected the roof and explained details very clearly. He told me that he would have an estimate to me by the next morning. He also verified my email to send me more information. After a day passed without hearing anything, I emailed the company to request a response. Nothing.

Hi, we’re unable to find any record of a customer or inspection under this name in our system. We take pride in providing honest roof inspections, and when a roof replacement is recommended, it’s based on preventing more serious issues down the line, not a one-size-fits-all approach. We’re happy to speak directly if you’d like to discuss this further, please contact our office.

We would give zero stars if that were an option. Our experience with Indy Roof & Restoration has been extremely disappointing. What should have been a straight forward siding and gutter project extended beyond a year due to repeated material and installation errors, along with ongoing communication issues and a lack of follow-through to properly resolve concerns. Unfortunately, within three months of completion, we began noticing siding pieces that were not properly secured. After all the difficulties we experienced throughout the project to the very end, we do not feel confident in contacting the company to address these problems. We cannot recommend Indy Roof & Restoration based on this awful experience.

Paul was professional, did a thorough inspection of our roof and gutters, presented us with options, and gave us space to crunch the numbers. At this time, we are not proceeding with replacement but they will be called again when the time is right.

Sherilyn Nowak was very helpful and gave me a very thorough explanation of my situation. She was very supportive and empathetic of my situation as I told her how I just recently also experienced a 12k sewer line collapse too and simply do not have much left in my savings account. She provided me some possible financial assistance options as well as shared photos she took and the overall assessment so to could forward them to my insurance agent. I am very grateful for the time she spent and the compassion she showed to me and my daughter.

I had some minor wind damage earlier this year. I called, and talked to Sherilyn about getting a patch and a quote. She was out, within hours and placed a patch. That wasn’t an easy job, as it was 40’ in the air, and the winds were 35-40 …

Robert, thank you for sharing your experience and for recognizing our team’s responsiveness with the emergency tarping, as well as the efforts of Luke and our production team. We’re sorry there were gaps in communication along the way; much of the timeline involved working through the insurance process and getting the appropriate scope approved before the project could move into production. The weather didn't help a few times and we recognize that can be frustrating as well. We appreciate your feedback and are glad we were able to get the roof completed within our normal production timeframe once everything was finalized.

Was doing so interior renovations and noticed some water damage. Had Luke come out and assess where water was coming in. Luckily, it wasn't a major fix and Luke fixed it right away, labor free. Very friendly and a matter-of-fact.

Mark came out to help diagnose a leak from one of the pipes on my roof. He said the pipe boot looked fine but it was full of leaves. He helped me clear them out and we are going to see if that helps. Fingers crossed! I’ll definitely be calling mark in future!

James Clinger was awesome. He initially came out to price new roof and gutters for upgrades. He saw some previous damage and was very helpful to offer to contact my insurance. Even though I didn't use my home owners insurance. James and the company worked out a good price for a complete roof replacement and new gutters.
