  Update 5-22 5 months for a simple project to be “completed” nice way of saying I got tired of them missing things each time they came out to complete the punch list. To add insult to injury, the Owner puts a lien on my house because he got too inpatient for the final payment. I get it though, I was impatient a couple months into this project dragging along. Not the way to handle this Mr. Wells. Guess they got mad because I didn’t use them for the roof. Sorry, I don’t have months to wait for a roof project to be completed too. Do BETTER! Updated response 4-22-26 It took them over 5 months to complete our project, tho it’s still not done. The GM Ryan Miller came on-site to review my concerns, gave a bunch of excuses for why things looked like crap and told me something’s are just the way they are. Ryan stated that day he would have my project completed by the end of the following week (having them do our roof next was determined on the success of this). Ryan texts me the end of the next week with more excuses and said it will be done the following week. They came out and fixed some things, but not all. Whoever they hired to do the gutters was a rookie at best, crimps of the caps were crap and leaking during the rain storms. The icing on the cake is that Ryan Miller advised me while he was onsite that my sales person Mike Godbolt had given us another $1500 credit for our troubles, just to turn around and say later that he had never told me that. Supposedly the owner of Cochran came out and was fixing the issues of our project, he was so confident I would be satisfied, he told my neighbors they were coming back to do our roof next. That is NOT the case. This has been such a long drawn out project and very bad customer service. Be careful with these guys. I had high hopes for this project. Michael Godbolt was a showman for the sale. Advised it would be a week long project and I don’t pay anything till completed. Well, the project took almost 3 months t

  Horrible. Roof, siding and gutters not correctly installed. Gutters are not leveled correctly, soffits poorly installed, two gutters were installed without a down spout. They damaged exterior of home and denied wrongdoing. Be especially careful when hiring these people. If going thru na insurance claim...this company claim to do work and pocket the monies. Their before and after work can clearly be seen w/ google maps.

  Had them come out to provide a quote for siding repair on Aug 8, received a follow up email on Aug 12 that they were preparing a quote for me. Never heard from them again until November 12 when a representative called me to ask if I was still in need of services. Very disappointing.

  We had a very disappointing experience with Cochran Exteriors. They came out to give us a quote for exterior painting and gutter replacement, but it’s been over two weeks and we still haven’t received anything. When I followed up with our contact, he acted like we should have already gotten it—but we hadn’t. He said he would update it and send it over, yet we’re still waiting. At this point, it feels like they simply don’t want our business. Very frustrating and unprofessional. I hope others have had a better experience than we did, but we certainly won’t be recommending them.

  I had the strangest experience with Cochran. They promptly came out to give me an estimate for replacing my James Hardie siding which was improperly installed 20 years ago, causing moisture issues. Drew, the consultant, went above and beyond that day of the consultation. He was here over 2 hours and thoroughly inspected the entire house, even the basement for moisture, uncovering a small issue unrelated to the siding. He created renderings and provided on on-site quote (5 other companies quoted and none did this). I let him know that I was impressed and would likely be moving forward, however, I was waiting on a final quote from another local James Hardie certified siding company. The final quote was about 20% higher than Cochran, so I called Drew two times during the following week to move forward and get the project scheduled, but never received a response. I then called the main Cochran number, which gave me an answering service (during business hours.) It clearly wasn't the company who answered but they would "leave a message and someone would call me back." No call ever came. It was at this point that I decided I was uncomfortable spending $30,000 on siding with a company where I could not confidently reach anyone. I can't imagine how hard it is to get in touch after the sale. I moved forward with the competitor at 20% more just to have peace of mind. I'm pretty baffled as I figured $30K was a good sale, but maybe not. Giving 2 stars because they made a great first impression, but there are definitely some communication issues.

  We entertained multiple companies to give us estimates for roof replacement and Hardie plank siding. Their quote was inline with others, but the knowledge of our project advisor AJ is what set them apart. He brought up thing that we had not considered and definitely brought our confidence level up in their ability to do a superb job. The materials came in earlier than expected so the job was started ahead of the planned date. Julie was our project manager and she was awesome as well! She kept thew crews on point and managed any of the minor issues we ran into. All the crews/workers we respectful and exceptional. Cochran delivered a great project that was above our expectations. Again thanks to AJ and Julie for answering our questions and managing any of the small things that came up. Highly recommend Cochran!

  We requested a roof inspection from Cochran during our Due Diligence period in the sale of our house. Making the appointment was simple, the lady was very nice. I needed a quick turn around and she scheduled within our timeframe needed. David came to the house as scheduled and looked the roof over thoroughly. He was skilled and knowledgeable. He gave us his written report on the roof in a timely manner knowing we needed it quickly. The entire experience was very positive and helpful.

  We went with Cochran for a full house window replacement (15 windows). After getting quotes from several companies, Cochran was by far the most reasonable and we have been happy with their communication, service and the product and installation. Beshoy, Ryan, Andrea and the entire team were great communicators and took care of every issue, big or small. Also, another plus was we never felt the high pressure sales pitches we got with all the other companies. It's been a great experience beginning to end. Thank you!

  I had Cochran replace 18 windows and several siding boards. Beshoy, Andrea, and Chris did a great job coordinating and keeping me updated. When the windows were ready, the team worked so fast they got it done in one day instead of two. I love my new windows! Thanks!

  Mike was great! He explained the issue clearly and gave us a simple fix we could do ourselves, saving us a lot of money. I really appreciated his honesty. He could have tried to sell us an expensive repair, but instead he did what was best for us. Highly recommend!

  We worked with Cochran to replace our gutter system and 18 year old roof. So glad we did! From the moment we first met Beshoy, we felt confident in hiring Cochran. We were astounded by the entire team’s dedication and attention to detail from start to finish. Chris was our PM and is a thorough communicator. The project was very quick all things considered! Will update review with photos eventually. We’re mostly thankful for the end result of course, but also the patience and guidance along the way as we had to make additional interdependent/simultaneous renovation decisions throughout this past month. We will definitely be working with Cochran on additional projects and highly recommend their services. Thank you!

  We had a wonderful experience from start to finish with our new roof installation with Cochran Exteriors. Our sales consultant, Beshoy Bahr, was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. He made the entire process easy to understand and answered all of our questions. Andrea, our scheduler, was equally amazing. She kept us informed throughout the process, was friendly, organized, and made scheduling the installation seamless. Chris Tanner did an outstanding job as the project crew chief on the home project.  He was always available when we needed him and consistently went above and beyond, especially when we made changes to the project along the way.  His professionalism and dedication really stood out. The entire experience was smooth, and we truly appreciated the excellent customer service from both Beshoy and Andrea.
