TERRIBLE experience with TC Siding and Roofing. We had many issues: They installed siding in late summer 2025 and by 2026 it was already bowing out, a clear installation error. Took lots of communication and follow-up for them to come fix it. When they fixed it, they face nailed the replacement siding boards and didn't even paint the nails to match or seal them per the manufacturer instructions. It looks HORRIBLE on a project we paid tens of thousands of dollars for. This is a few feet from our front door, so it is very noticeable. There are other areas that didn't get painted over in 2025. They claimed they'd finish once the weather was good enough in 2026 but have been ignoring my requests to do so. They never closed out the permits which have now expired, so I'm getting letters from the city. They misrepresented a discount, and even if it was a pure miscommunication it meant the project cost $1000 more than we expected. Just a headache and overall bad experience. Disappointed in what we got with no care from the company about our experience and no communication from them about anything they can do to make it right. EDIT 7/21/26: (post-owner response) Why do I need to be the one to reach out and call you? Why can't you take any amount of initiative and contact me? You have my contact info, you're just unwilling to use it.

Great service. The repair was perfect. What a relief to find a company willing to do a small repair and do it well. Corey Bennett was excellent at keeping me informed throughout the process. I would definitely use them again. I used them for deck modification as well. The quality of work was exceptional. Again, not a major job, but they were willing to take it on and put it back to its original design.

Worked WITH us and the insurance company for a roof replacement. Our insurance wasn't great and they still helped us get a new roof at a reasonable price. Also helped me through a jam when I needed it with a detached garage roof. Very responsive, professional, clean, and punctual. Recommend to anyone who needs a roof or siding.

We had a leak from our roof that was causing water damage in the ceiling of our living room. We contacted Twin Cities Siding as they had re-sided our house years prior and we were pleased with them and trusted them. Brent came out initially and inspected everything and then drew up a proposal with project estimate. We were then introduced to Cory, project manager. Cory came out and ran over the project and the time frame. The materials arrived the day before the work began. The work began with the roof repair and then moved to the interior repair. The work was completed in time for a good thunderstorm. We are very pleased with all the workers. When their work was completed everything was cleaned up very nicely, inside and out. We greatly appreciate Cory’s attention and communication throughout. For us, another very successful protect with Twin Cities Siding Pros.

We replaced all siding, trim and venting on our house 2.5 years ago. We live in a woodpecker hot zone so we went with the James Hardie siding. (The woodpeckers switched to our neighbor’s house which had just been resided with a cheaper option.) Working with TCR&S was a great experience from beginning to end. When a very small problem occurred recently they came out within a few days and resolved it in 10 minutes. Quality product and great service equals a very satisfied client.
