  I contacted them about a project and they constantly bombard me with robo calls 2-3x a day. Ive contacted them to stop and have blocked them and i still get calls. Dont go with a company that is this annoying.

  Do yourself a favor and read the Yelp reviews, particularly Rick B from 4/21/25 who apparently is suing Stronghouse. Not one positive review. If you have had any work done by Stronghouse (formerly Options) make sure you have them take pics before, during and after the project and that they complete all repairs. Also, go over their contract carefully--I learned the hard way, just because insurance paid for everything, Stronghouse took specific things off their list because it wasn't worth it for them to complete those repairs. However, they never asked me or told me that they were cherry picking only the repairs they wanted to complete. Right before I was going to send final payment, I looked closely at the after photos they sent and noticed they didn't replace any of the vents and that's also when I saw the cheap gutter cover. The project manager and I spoke for nearly 30 minutes, and I told him I wanted everything on the list done. He proceeded to tell me this is a good thing that we get to keep the money, and I told him I didn't want that because things will only get more expensive, and I will have to pay more later. He said that he was surprised how adamant I was about this because 99% of the time customers don't care and that they rarely replace the vents because they are actually still working, they're only dented by hail (even though insurance thought they were damaged enough and paid for replacement, and we all know how stingy insurance companies have become and also the same would apply to the gutter cover but they replaced that because they got more money for it). I asked do customers actually not care or is it that they don't know? Because if I hadn't seen this myself and called it out, I would have sent the entire check, meaning they would have gotten paid for items they did not complete. That sounds like theft/fraud to me. Then when he saw how adamant I was he changed tactic and said that he was worried since the shingles were already down that if they

  Lawrence Munoz from options exteriors/stronghouse was amazing to work with. I was denied by insurance three times before contacting Lawrence. He fought for our roof to get replaced, and through arbitration it was approved. Could not have gotten this done without him and his experience. Thank you to the entire team!!!!!!!   tronghouse built our dream home and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The quality of construction is outstanding and they used premium materials throughout. The project manager was very responsive and kept us updated regularly. We are extremely happy with our new house.

  My highest regards to Mark R for his hard work in organizing a replacement for our 25+ yr old roof. His crew was exemplary and completed the job in short order. Cleanup was very good. I would have no problem recommending Option Exteriors for roofing. .

  We recently worked with Options to replace our 20 year old roof. Working with Scott Peterson was a great experience. He was very proactive in alerting us to hail damage and helped us navigate the claims process which allows us to get the work done with ZERO out of pocket expense! Yes, zero! Desirae Christensen’s team was also great to work with. Dezzi showed up in person and was completely transparent about the claims process, patiently covering each line item of the invoice. The work team showed up on time and was done in one day! And it looked like they were never there…not a piece of debris in sight! Scott and Dezzi made the whole process very easy. We highly recommend Options for your next project!
