  They put their advertising material in a very strange place on our porch. I guess they must need business bad.

  i still feel ripped off by this company. especially since they threatened to take me to court unless i delete this review. my house had soffit and fascia boards falling off and really crooked in spots. the roof over the front porch was very wavy and bouncy on one side. i had told the sales guy that i wanted these things fixed, new roof, and gutters installed. during the job, they had to re deck the whole roof which i understood was a possibility. the job ended up north of $20k. which would be fine if they did quality work. they did not. when it came time to do the walk through after i was finished, i see the front porch has brand new shingles and the whole thing is still just as wavy as it was. im concerned that i just paid $20k for shingles put on top of potential water damaged roof structure. the install manager pretty much shrugged his shoulders and said he didn’t know if i wanted the wavy structure fixed so they just put left it as is and put the shingles on it.. then i go around the side of the house and see that none of the soffit was replaced. there is a soffit board still hanging off the house and there’s already damage to a fascia board. it was my understanding this would all be taken care of. it was one of the core reasons i had the work done to begin with. the install manager tells me now, AFTER all of these superficial boards are replaced with new gutters mounted to them, that i could have had it all metal wrapped to prevent the squirrel damage. lastly, the install manager told there’s a hole in one of the eaves/returns (unsure of the terminology) and that they should all be framed differently with shingles on them. i was under the impression that the price i paid was for a roof. i’m confused why these things had not been brought to my attention by the sales guy. believe it or not, im not a roofer, i hired e roof because i wanted a complete roof replacement done properly. i do not believe they installed it properly, and i felt pressured to sign off o

Decking and Fascia: We had to install OSB decking to meet code requirements, and the fascia, which was not included in the initial quote, also required replacement due to its deteriorated condition. 4. Front Porch Concerns: The wavy appearance of the porch was attributed to the home’s natural settling over time, not rot. Addressing this would require structural adjustments not requested. 5. Soffits and Other Options: Soffits were not included in the initial quote, and while we provided options for metal fascia and apron roof replacement, these were respectfully declined. Throughout the project, we kept you updated on our progress and any necessary adjustments.   I am sure they will get to your project fast considering that their workers speed at about 100 mph in a 60 mph zone. If they don’t crash and take out a family like they almost did to mine, good for them I guess.

  The beginning of the process went very well, and we were excited about our project. We started the process in May, and it did not get completed until October. Some factors that were on us were storm damage, including a new roof and a few other estimates for decking, etc. But the communication between each time spanned out a few weeks or so. It seemed difficult to get straight answers to certain questions. Once we received the final bill, an extra $2,000 was added for wood repair. No one communicated to us that the bill would be that much higher. When questioned about the extra money, we were told that sometimes that is the way it is in construction. (Which we understand) We requested pictures or proof, and at the time, we were told there were none. Then, after taking to billing, the next day, we had pictures. We are satisfied with the work that was done but the process was a little stressful and seemed to be ongoing.

  I will state first our roof is finished and that looks great. The problems was a huge lack of communication. I stated all messages should be sent to my husband. Nope only kept contacting me for everything even though they were reminded multiple times to get a hold of my husband, they had his phone and email information. The gutters were put over our water meter and the city was upset because they couldn't read it. After contacting them it took a month to come fix it. They never contacted us about when they were planning on showing up. Fixed it by putting the gutters in the water barrel which if they had talked to us we would told them not to, the barrel is old and broken. The gutters were fine and needed to be moved a couple inches. We have messaged about this issue and seems like they have no motivation to fix it. After they got paid they didn't care if we were happy with their services. I wouldn't reccomend this company to my worst enemy.

  We had E-Roof replace the roof on our 1919 Minneapolis home, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the very beginning, Teddy and the entire team were professional, honest, and incredibly responsive. Communication throughout the project was excellent. Every question was answered promptly, and I always knew what to expect. The crew completed what turned out to be a fairly complex roof replacement in about a day and a half. Several other contractors who have since been at our home have independently commented on the quality of the workmanship and told me the roof looks excellent. What impressed me most, however, was how they handled the unexpected. Because our 100+ year-old roof structure required realignment and correction, we experienced some interior ceiling damage due to the stress placed on old, previously weakened plaster. E-Roof did not ignore the issue or disappear after finishing the roof. Teddy came out personally, walked through the damage with us, explained what had happened, documented their findings, and has been helping coordinate qualified contractors to obtain repair estimates. While this was not something covered under their contract, their willingness to continue helping after the roof was complete says a great deal about the kind of company they are. They also pointed out and helped address other issues with our home that needed attention, rather than simply replacing the roof and leaving. Home projects on older houses are rarely simple, but E-Roof made what could have been an incredibly stressful experience feel organized, transparent, and well managed. If I ever need another roof, or if friends or family ask for a roofing recommendation, E-Roof will be the first company I recommend without hesitation.

  From the beginning, eRoof was great. Everything was explained to me. Their teams are very professional. I had new shingles and siding put on my house. Their teams are specifically trained in their own job. Clean up was totally complete. They explained and arranged all deliveries and work that needed to be done. I would highly recommend eRoof.

  I recently discovered I had a small hole in the corner of my roof, most likely due to a tree branch falling on it. I contacted Tyler at eRoof to get an estimate of the repair. He was very responsive and gave a detailed breakdown of what they'd likely need to do to repair it. I also had concerns that water might've gotten into my attic space and there could be possible mold as a result. After I signed the contract, he had his team stop out right away. They took pictures of what the inside looked like and luckily the hole was right above the eaves, so no water went in the attic. They were quick and very professional. After they completed the job, I couldn't tell there was ever a hole to begin with. Tyler charged me exactly what the quote was and there were no surprises. If you are looking for a local roofing company who is professional, transparent in their communication and trustworthy, I personally highly recommend eRoof!

  ERoof did a great job. They showed up when they promised and completed the work as proposed. They cleaned up well and the city inspector said the roof looked good. They patched some cedar siding that was bad and now it looks great.

  The eRoof team was immediately responsive from my initial query through the final walk-thru. They went above and beyond to ensure we understood the work, offered to work with our insurance, and always picked up the phone when we called. On top of that - and before we had even signed a larger agreement with them - the team came out same-day to do an immediate patch on our leaky roof. It meant that the team came to our house after a full day of work on other homes, and yet they worked with intentionality. I so appreciated the extra time and energy they spent to ensure we avoided further home damage. The team that came to our house worked so hard and so quickly to complete our project in a timely manner. It was so impressive to watch them in action. From the care they took in tarping our windows (and part of the neighboring building) to protect them, to the thorough clean-up they did after a day's work (when it had started to rain), every step felt intentional and best practice. I would happily work with eRoof again and will recommend them in a heartbeat.

Truly excellent workmanship including in the "spots you can't see," Consistent, timely, and informative communication, Detail-oriented cleanup (it's been several weeks and I have yet to find a single stray nail), All for a reasonable and fair price.   Excellent customer service from Teddy and the team executed flawlessly. We received more than we expected with eRoof especially when compared to other gutter systems. We have a new build, and other companies were just going to install gutters! eRoof goes the extra mile by replacing flashings that could pose a problem down the road, provides the best quality materials, and beat other competitors on price. Based on my experience, I wouldn't hesitate calling Teddy with eRoof for any of my home services in the future.

  We used eRoof for a full roof replacement. Their estimate was incredibly detailed, breaking down the costs for underlayment, flashing, and replacement of vents in writing. The workers protected our landscaping, our deck, our gutters, cleaned up stray nails, and finished the entire job in just one day.
