  DO NOT use for windows!!! They did a great job on siding/gutters and that crew was amazing but took over a year to get a window installed. The 2nd window still needed to be re-sealed and the quality I'm still questioning (feels like the found the cheapest places). Leadership was terrible about communication, still charged full price. We will see how bad the window is comes winter

  Not impressed. Was recommended them by a friend. Poor project manager communication. Took forever to get them to come replace my roof and delayed the scheduled date by over a month which caused issues with my insurance and storm damage claim. I asked them to NOT reinstall old gutter guards after replacing the roof. They put them back on anyways. They reinstalled them improperly with HUGE gaps. Literally did not even screw them back into the roof or gutters in several spots. This led to birds and wasps making nests in the gutters, which did not let the water drain properly. Left old shingles on 2 different awnings. Left screws and nails all over my property after the roof was replaced. When they came to remove the gutter guards, they again left screws and nails on my property. Not happy about that because I have a dog and small child which is a safety hazard. I was very surprised with the lack of attention to detail. Paid WAY more than I thought I would and got subpar work. I would not recommend or use them again.

  Just awful. Unprofessional and unresponsive. I must have the worst luck with supposedly "great" companies. First, they SPAM-ed me, sending an unsolicited "newsletter." I had contacted them in 2019 about exterior work and apparently they never got back and put me on an email list. But hey, I still needed work done in 2022, so I contacted them asking if they wanted to bid. No one got back to me. I had to follow up 2-3 times just to schedule an estimate. The morning of the appointment, the estimator Pete called and cancelled. He said he would follow-up to reschedule but I never heard back. I had to email the admin 2-3x to reschedule the estimate. Estimate rescheduled. Pete showed up 25 minutes late, no call or apology. Guy took a look at the project and said he would have the project manager take a look at it directly. I never heard back. I called Pete 2x, texted him, and I think he just flat out rejected my calls. Granted, my job is not your standard, straight-forward, cookie cutter project. I think this is more of a storm-chasing, insurance driven company. If it's not a full roof replacement or something they can't just turn and burn, they're not interested. Which, is totally their prerogative, but god God, just be honest and get back to people, even if you're not interested. Don't tell people you'll get back to them and then ignore them. Rude, and unprofessional. I'm a professional remodeler. Maybe they also want to work with unknowing, average homeowners where they can get away with more, I don't know. Either way, I'd say avoid.

  THIS PERSON IS NOT A CUSTOMER OF TRINITY EXTERIORS.  She is the wife or girlfriend of a roofing subcontractor that approached us looking for work this Spring.  We respectfully told him we do not need labor help.  He reached out again a couple of weeks ago and we told him the same thing.  He is the one who left the 1-star rating with no comments.

  Extremely poor quality work. Gutters sloped completely wrong. Hack job installing trim and flashing. The roofers peed in waterbottles and threw them through the vents holes in the attic. I would never do business with this company again.

  Thank you for your feedback.  We take a lot of pride in our work and our mission is centered on the overall experience we provide our customers.    Although the person who posted this review was not our customer on this project, we strive to ensure all parties are satisfied at the end of the day and we fell short of that on this project.  In the case of a bottle of urine being found in the attic, we have no excuse and are extremely embarrassed that this occurred.  In 13 years of business I don't know if I have ever been more disgusted,  as soon as we were made aware what had happened I apologized profusely to all the parties, compensated our customer for this inexcusable act, and banned the culprit from ever setting foot on our job site again.  As for the two workmanship issues pointed out, on the roof we didn't do an profesional job of cutting out the siding and installing trim on the sidewalls.  This was notated by our project manager in his quality control inspection of the roof and fixed to our customers satisfaction within two business days.  We fell short on the gutters in setting a realistic expectation, and our quality control process.  After doing the roof, we knew sloping the gutters properly was going to be a challenge because the home is 100 years old and the roof line has multiple low spots.   Our installer did not factor in enough slope to midgate the inconsistencies of the roof line in certain areas which caused the water to pool and not drain properly.  Unlike roofing and siding where we do a post quality control inspection on every project, we didn't have a set process for our gutter projects which in this case caused the issue to be pointed out to us, which we strive to avoid.  Upon being notified by our customer of their concern we had a representative on site to review the problem that same day and had the issue resolved to our customers' satisfaction within two days.   After thorough review of how we can prevent this situation from happening aga

  We had high hopes for this company because of all the great reviews, but they really let us down. They sent someone to give us a quote, which he did, and it wasn’t until after we had paid a deposit and signed a contract that they came back for a final measurement and decided they actually wouldn't do the job for anywhere near what they quoted us. (We had already paid to have our driveway repaired based on the number we had agreed to with Trinity, and it was too late to get that money back.) It took them weeks to get back to us with a revised number, which was thousands of dollars more than the original one. To their credit, at least they gave us our deposit back when we decided not to proceed. The most frustrating part is that the process took about four months, which wasted our entire summer and means now we have to wait until next summer to get our siding fixed. So much for “taking the worries away.”

  I can’t say enough about Trinity Exteriors. From the start of the project to the finish. Will was great to have work with the insurance adjuster and coordinating with the field crew to make sure our expectations are met. Jesus is a the best field project manager I’ve dealt with. He is very communicative, treats the crew amazing, and ensures the roofing project experience is the best. He alone is the reason we would use Trinity again tomorrow. You will not find a better guy to be your field project manager. You will be amazed how smooth the project goes because of him. Jesus alone get 10 stars!

  Trinity Exteriors were great! Friendly and Thorough! Found the problem (water leak near a pipe vent) as others just wanted to replace the roof. The only caveat was if they had come back in to inspect after the first patch, they would’ve seen that it needed more. But overall they were willing to get the job done right! Thank you!

  This was our second experience with Trinity - they did our siding, soffits, fascia, and gutters a few years ago. This time, they did our roof, and with the same excellent service and quality we've come to expect from them. The employees are all wonderful to work with and are great at communicating what's happening, asking questions to clarify details, and really go above and beyond to make sure the project is completed to the homeowner's satisfaction.   Trinity Exteriors is a Godsend! Ted, Sergio and Jesus along with their stellar siding, soffit & fascia crews are A++! This is a large project for a 54 home HOA. From project initiation & planning with Ted, who had extreme patience with all our questions and details requested to research, to Sergio and Jesus getting the product and crews in the field on project kickoff on time! Jesus (Project Manager) has a daily touch base with the HOA Lead and if required more to make sure all concerns and needs are met! The Trinity crews are some of the most respectful, kind, hard working crews I have worked with. They are extremely accommodating and highly skilled at showing real-time examples of design issues that arise, and provide alternative solutions real time in the field. They are caring about our spaces and take many precautions to avoid damage around homes. No construction project is 100% perfect, issues “will” arise… but how the issue is dealt with is EVERYTHING! Jesus and team make sure all concerns are communicated and rectified to the customers satisfaction. Jesus takes the time to review, assess, discuss and take the appropriate action. Ted, Sergio and Jesus put customer concerns at ease because they are extremely proactive at resolution and planning. If you are an HOA with a large project that you want done right the first time… Trinity Exteriors is your answer… you will feel like part of a family.. because they truly care about their customers and their expected outcomes! Multi-Scope Exterior Renovation Management: How Trinity Exteriors Coordinates Roofing, Siding, and Windows Together Trinity Exteriors manages multi-scope exterior renovation projects for homeowners across the Twin Cities Metro, Rochester MN, Bismarck, and Grand Forks ND who are replacing two or more exterior systems simultaneously.
