  Showed up at 7 at night in Alexandria (2 hours away from their business) when we haven't had a storm for 2 months asking for permission to check our roof for damage from the storms. SCAM.

  Hey Robert, The people who we’ve done work for around your area wouldn’t say we’re a scam. We’d appreciate it if you’d take this review down claiming we’re a scam. We’ve been doing this for over 14 years. Our sales team works hard til 830 at night. So that’s pretty standard for them to stop by and ask to do an inspection around that time.

  Updating my review: They were quick to write back and schedule time to come to our home. Unfortunately, our appointment was on Friday and nobody came to our home at the scheduled time and there was no follow up or phone call that day. We had taken off work to meet with this person. We did not get a call until the following Monday. While we fully understand safety requirements and the unpredictability of weather, a call the day of appointment would have been a customer curtesy.

  Horrible experience. Their crew didn't have any knowledgeable supervisor on site the entire time. Numerous trips out to make it right and now they are blaming the shingles instead of their poor workmanship. Do not use them

  Had to have two different companies out to stop the water coming through the roof after Prominent was "done". They're probably great for easy jobs. Anything else they like to spread the blame and not fix their work. It turns out ventilation was not installed properly (once another company fixed it, the problem stopped). They left the customer with the bill after getting paid out. After so many attempts to "fix it" with the original company, your time becomes important enough to contact a second opinion... And get it fixed.

  Steve we finished your roof back in 2020. You contacted us about an issue in 2021. We came out and addressed it. This is the last time we spoke with you. It’s now 2024-3 years later. We didn’t hear from you on this new issue. We would’ve been more than happy to help you if you would’ve called us, just like we do with all our homeowners.

  Unfortunately my husband and I had a very poor experience working with Prominent Construction for our recent hail damage to our roof. We had to make multiple calls over several weeks to attempt to contact Jake to learn when our gutters and downspouts were to be finished as they were not done in October with the roof. We were promised this work would be done this year. After several voicemails left to no response we found out Prominent was hoping to subcontract the gutters and could not secure a time this year with their subcontractor to complete the work. Very poor communication and customer service. We would unfortunately not recommend to anyone looking for a reliable company to see their jobs through.

  Hired prominent to install new roof. Quote and Insurance process went fine. Noticed damage to irrigation system during the installation and notified their team immediately. Followed up 10+ times and was told the issue would be resolved. It's been several months and the issue was never rectified.

  Full roof replacement in 2017. I would recommend this business. I wish they had used a magnetic device to find more stray nails on the ground after installation.

  Justin and his crew did an amazing job on our new roof. We worked with Justin to get the right brand and design of shingles to get the look we wanted on our roof. We’d recently put on new siding, trim, and gutters and wanted the roof to add additional curb appeal. They kept in constant communication before the job started, showed up early on the day of the job and got the whole roof done in one day. They did a really good job cleaning up after the work was completed. Highly recommended.

  It was great working with Prominent on our roof replacement. From estimate to the completion of the project, Chad Ormberg and his crew were excellent and attentive. Great job cleaning everything up once they were done as well. Couldn't recommend Prominent enough for anyone looking at roof replacement in the future.

  The best roofing company ever. Very knowledgeable and professional. The finished product looks fantastic. Plus when they cleaned up, you couldn’t even tell they were even on the property. We would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

  The crew that came to my house was upbeat and worked diligently. They took time to answer any questions I had with a smile. Justin did a great job of explaining the process and timeline of the repair. Everything was done in a timely manner. The accounts department was very helpful in explaining all of my options for making my payments. What a great company!

  We have had such a great experience with this company! They were a referral from my dad who received a roof and siding from them and were very happy with the service. We worked with Chad, one of the owners, and he was incredibly friendly and accommodating with our busy schedules. He explained everything step by step and nothing came as a suprise. The actual roofing crew and the foreman Alex were all great! Alex introduced himself right away and they were all very professional and mindful of our property. The roof take down, install and cleanup was all done in a day, which was amazing. So far i havent found 1 nail or peice of debri, with little kids and a dog, that was very much appreciated. We will be receiving our gutters and screen replacements next and I am looking forward to seeing the final priject, so far it looks great!

  Easy to communicate with Justin, they propose different materials so you can choose too, baed on your priorities. Overall very happy with their work. Crew was nice, and they left the site clean too.

  If you were not born with color and texture skills. Don't pretend you are ... a roof is not easily re-dyed hair. Justin at Prominent is a true Roof-Fashionista. He will really guide you to select a roof design and color in your price range with the right look, so your neighbors and friends don't mutter to themselves; "What were they thinking with that choice?" The price was great too. My 3100 square foot roof was removed and re- installed in 1 day. The price was better than other quotes I received and the underlayment was to my picky requirements. This is not a review for an old friend or a made up one. I do not know Justin personally but after the experience on the first roof he earned my business for a 2nd rood at our lake cabin to be installed end of June 2026.
