  Disappointed, it’s been (3) years and job was not completed. Solar panels were never installed @ (3) locations.

  Inconsiderate of others around them, several workers are unprofessional, smoking outside of offices, tossing debris on top of landscaping… Truly sad to see after knowing the pride Ted took in his work.

  I was scheduled to have an estimate last night. No call. No show. Very unprofessional and unacceptable. Definitely would not use if can't show up for an estimate!

  When I called for a quote they gave it to me and I asked if they could price match with another contractor that I found. They sighed and said “your people always want a cheap deal.” I have a strong middle eastern accent so this comment was clearly about my accent. Will never recommend to anyone.

  I had a very poor experience with Turner roofing, despite knowing them. I manage an expensive property in Towson with a leaky roof so I arranged an inspection. The technicians insisted that the roof was in great condition and that no resealing was necessary but they agreed to replace an exhaust cap around the suspect area. They did not show up for work and several days later I received a phone call from one of the supervisors who berated me for making an unnecessary appointment. When it was later determined by a different company that the roof needed to be replaced, I contacted Turner Roofing (naively) for an additional estimate and they did not respond. It surprises me that they have survived in the competitive roofing industry. Extremely unprofessional.

  Completely satisfied with our roof replacement from Turner roofing. We had multiple quotes from companies you see on TV or hear on the radio, they ranged from $4k up to $30k. I called Turner and they just happened to be near the neighborhood, within 15 minutes they were out at the house and were the only company that actually got on the roof to inspect and measure. My quote was between the lower to mid range of previous quotes without the hassle of “we can do it today for this price or let me call my boss and see what we can do”. Once we gave the OK for the job, materials arrived 2 days later, tarps were placed over bushes and complete job was done in a day. I would recommend to anyone looking to have their roof replaced.

  I called Turner Roofing to come give an estimate for the roof of a building that is a potential purchase. They scheduled a visit the following day. The entire process was very professional. From the first call to the estimator that performed the site visit, to the gentleman that provided and wrote the quote. I referred Turner to a relative for a very complex job which included removing a chimney in the center of the roof. They did a great job there as well. I highly recommend Turner Roofing.
