  Do not use this company. It’s a tiny little office that uses contractors and sleep sales tactics. They are in the business of selling loans and do t tell their customers that the “no payment for two months” is actually going to tim up the interest $$$ … I made 4 payments so far on my roof and the balance went down by 21 dollars. They are not good people and very rude.

  If you're thinking you will get anywhere near the $3999 they advertise think again. I have a 700 ft (living space) home so it is very small. I didn't think i would get the $3999 price but the sticker shock was crazy. To replace my very small homes roof was almost $12,000! I don't even know what else to say. I am not often left speechless (those that know me knows this is true) but this did it. The salesman was nice and professional it's just not what I am looking for when I plan on leaving the state in 5-10 years. No I did not request all of those extras and how did he know how big my roof is since he NEVER went up there. He did say how about this or that and I did agree on some things but even with those things it still doesn't justify that price. So with your response I know that you all immediately go on the defensive and don't investigate. The other thing I notice is that it's either the customers fault or it's a fake review. Smh.

  Avoid this company! They trick people and overcharge them. The owner is very rude. I doubt they will honor any warranty. Do not use their financing tools, you will be overcharged. They exploit loops to get more money from you. A lot more than initial estimates. This company will have a class action on their hands soon for lying to customers.

  Horrible experience. They came out to give the estimate on 4/6/23. They changed it several times. Later on when they realized they needed permits they add more money to the original estimate. Not only that but they said later that the property is in the city and they don’t do work in the city. Allied keep engaging in un true philosophy we never met. Absolutely incorrect. They gave an estimate and kept changing it a few times and then said they can’t do the work with no reason. Keep lying they never met me and calling me constantly to change the review.

  This is not a customer of ours. We have no estimate to anyone by that name or close to that name on 4/6/23. This is also factually incorrect as we do work in Baltimore City literally every single day and have thousands of happy Baltimore City customers

  I called and requested to schedule an estimate. Salesman was late. Didn’t actually look at the roof before going to his car and then coming back in with his tablet. Advised that I would get a substantial discount for signing a contract on the spot. I explained that as a first time home owner, I intended to get 3 estimates before signing anything. Salesman became frustrated, scoffing at me “well good luck getting someone else to come out here”. I stated that he could email me an estimate but I would like him to leave my home now. He told me he wasn’t finished with his presentation. At this point I got up and removed myself from the situation, retreating to my kitchen to text a neighbor to come help me. Salesman finally got off my couch and left. Honestly, I should have called the police! Do not let them into your house if you are alone! I want to add that the the company responded to this review by offering me a discount and then insisting that I rehash the entire ordeal - while interrupting and arguing that “I’ve known him over 15 years and what you’re claiming doesn’t align with what I know about him”. My one regret is that I didn’t file a police report.

He is a top-knotch salesman, was respectful of my time, and encouraged any questions or concerns - of which I had none, as his pitch covered everything!   I had my roof replaced today and Allied Roofing did a fabulous job. The roofing crew was polite and left my yard in pristine condition. The came early and worked into the evening. I had soda and water for them and they thanked me, they were very appreciative. Also did a bang up job putting a new chimney skirt on and they spray painted an exhaust cover on my roof. Absolutely a stand up company.I forgot to mention the driver who delivered the material. His name was Robert and he was nice enough to drive his fork lift done my ally and put the stuff in my back yard. When I asked him to drop it off close to the house he said I do not want to leave ruts in your yard and I said no problem. I did not want the workers carrying the heavy shingles all the way from the back of my yard. I thought of my son, if he was one of them, I would not want him unnecessarily doing all that extra lifting.

  I'm leaving this review for my mother... Allied came and replaced her roof today and she was tickled pink with the with they performed. The crew was polite, efficient, and extremely friendly. Her roof looks service and she cannot believe the warranty on the work that was done.

  Allied did a major siding and window replacement on the rental house in Paternal Gift Farms. They were very clear in their proposal and checked and rechecked the product orders. The work was done on schedule and with great communication from both window and siding teams. The clean-up was thorough and timely. No surprises and the project turned out great. We have many compliments on the quality of the work.

  Allied replaced my garage roof and gutters . They gave specific time fo material drop off and completion . Everything was done when they said and it was all very professional I would recommend them to anyone in need of roofing work . You won’t be disappointed!!
