  Avoid this company if you want honest assessments and permanent repairs. Eight years ago, they used a high-pressure sales pitch about how my roof "should never have passed inspection" to convince me to get a full replacement. Since then, that roof has leaked repeatedly, ruining my ceilings. While they sent crew members out to "fix it" multiple times, the leak always came back. ​The red flag finally went up when I called them to fix a gutter issue on another home. Instead of addressing the gutter drainage, they inspected the whole roof and gave me the exact same "how did this pass inspection" sales pitch they used years ago, trying to sell me another major project. I got a second opinion from another roofer who confirmed the roof itself was fine—it just needed minor flashing adjustments and wind damage repair. This company values a sales pitch over actual roofing skills. Save your money and call someone else. My first property still has the leak in the very same spot I called about several times. I do not think the company has the skills to fix my 400sqft flat roof.

  Shariq, We replaced the first roof at your property in 2019. We also completed a gutter project for the same property in 2020. Yes, we did return once because you reported a leak. When we inspected the issue, we found that the leaking was coming from the chimney, which was falling apart and not from the roof itself. Even though it was not related to our roofing work, we immediately came out and sealed the chimney with silicone free of charge in 2022 to help prevent further leaking. Since that visit, you never contacted us again regarding any issues with that property. Regarding the second property, we clearly informed you in 2023 that the roof was already in very poor condition and well beyond its expected service life. We performed a full inspection and provided photos, videos, and a detailed explanation showing why the roof needed replacement. We never pressured you into replacing it — we simply gave our honest professional assessment based on the actual condition of the roof. You chose not to move forward with a replacement and later hired another roofer who, according to you, only performed “minor adjustments.” Now, years later and after multiple days of heavy Memorial Day weekend rain, you experienced leaks again and decided to blame our company. How is it fair to hold us responsible for issues occurring years later on roofs that were already documented as being in poor condition, especially after another contractor worked on them afterward? You also mention that another roofer told you the roof was “fine,” yet according to your own statements, the leaks continued and were never permanently resolved. Unfortunately, temporary repairs and minor flashing adjustments are not permanent solutions for severely aged flat roofs that are already beyond their service life. What is most disappointing is that after all this time, you never contacted us by phone or email to discuss any concerns before posting this review publicly. Instead, years after our involvement

  They did a good job, several years ago. However, I recently scheduled an appointment for a new job and they did not show up nor call. They did not respond to voicemails neither. Customer service is key to any business. Update: Their response is untrue. No one called nor texted me. I called Chris who stated that I was not on his list; he did not call me nor did anyone else contact me.

  Great company that a friend referred me to when I replaced my roof. The team communicates well for expectation and explanations I delayed this review to ensure that nothing came up, but after 2 years, the roof they installed has had no issue even with some of the strong storms that we have had.

  Quick and efficient! Reasonable rates! They did a great job explaining and completing my roof repair. Shawn was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable and communicative.   Four Season roofing did a phenomenal job on my roof and I would recommend them to anyone! My experience began with excellent customer service from Debbie in the main office; Debbie expeditiously set my appointment and then Shawn came out to my home, did an estimate of my roof, and went over all the specs while telling a few jokes. Once I decided to go with them I immediately knew that I made the right choice. Four seasons communicated each step of the way and made me feel confident with my choice. The crew was set to arrive at 7 am, however when I went outside at 6:30 to walk the dog, they were already parked and ready to go. The crew chief was amazing and super imformative about the entire process checking in with me throughout the day. The men were fast, hard-working, and they were meticulous with every detail; I felt like they paid attention to every detail as if it was their own home. The clean up and attention to every piece of scrap, nail, dust, etc. being removed from my yard was top-tier. Four Season left my yard cleaner than when they came. Their work was so impressive that two of my neighbors raved about the level of craftsmanship and one called for an estimate for their roof. If you have to get your roof done (no one wants to) then give them a call.

  From start to finish we were really pleased with our Four Seasons Roofing experience. I liked that we had an assigned supervisor who was at our house the entire day overseeing the job. I was told to expect him ahead of the crew at 7am and at exactly 7am, he was at our front door! The work crew members all were polite and friendly. They draped tarps to protect the house and got right to work! At the end of the day, the crew made sure all the trash had been picked up and finished up with several passes with a magnet to collect any stray nails. Our new roof looks amazing!
