  Finally had enough. Hunter in the service department was disrespectful to my wife who called looking for help with an ongoing issue. He was rude, impatient, and dismissive and suggested that she was wasting his time with the call. He even stated that he was irritable with her because our kids were audible in the background of the call. This has been the trend experienced with the service department since installation - it seems like you are inconveniencing them whenever you call, which is disappointing considering that the warranty and service guarantees are an appealing consideration in AROCON’s pitch. This is when you can actually get a hold of them or get a call returned. Very discouraging experience. If the job is easy and they can charge you for it, like a branch going through your roof, it’s oddly easy to get in the calendar however. Additionally, communication was difficult at best after placing a deposit with the project lead. We also were invoiced for the wrong amount which had to be corrected - all of this made us lose confidence and assume that the company was most concerned with securing the sale over customer satisfaction. Also, the contract states that they are of course not responsible for damaged landscaping, etc which is fair and understandable. However, the understanding is that they will do at least the minimum to try to avoid unnecessary damage. The installation crew made no effort towards this, throwing boards onto and walking across our plants like they were never there. Had to replace most of them, but were only reimbursed for roughly half. That said, the price was fair and about what you should expect. I hope others have a better experience.

  this time of service was not satisfied as when i had service as year 2021 and 2023, old service was show pictures detailed showing each small spots with after fixed pictures, but this service only seen cleaning gutters, Tech told not able to fix because old roof?! i need service that's why ,,,,my house was build 2003, i believe it should have some spots still need to be touched and fixed like last service pictures like last service showing example "sealed seam on ridge vent" after all feel like didn't get the services done what i expected and paid

  Very disappointed in the service I received. I paid 324.00 on Jan 14 2025 for the roof tuneup.I confirmed with the worker that they not only replaced and tightened the loose shingles that were obvious, but that they walked the roof to check …

  Couldn’t even get an estimate… called about a month ago for what I thought was a pretty straightforward job. Jason came out to have a look (this was a Friday), and said we would have an estimate no later than the following Monday. A few days went by, and I followed up the following Thursday to ask about the status of the estimate, and was reassured one would be coming my way soon. Two more weeks went by without any type of communication, so I reached back out one last time. At this point, I still don’t even have an estimate. Don’t let this happen to you! Find someone who actually has a history of following through!

  I really wanted to give Arocon a chance however we unfortunately haven't had the best experience. My Fiance and I first had our roof replaced by Arocon February 17th, 2023. At first everything seemed great. The project lead was friendly and knowledgeable and the team seemed to work quickly. Within a month or so, we noticed that some of the shingles were raising, so we had to have them reinforced. By July 2023, we had big pieces shingles falling off our roof, so they needed to be replaced. We gave them another chance in March of 2024 and had them come out to replace some siding on our house that was damaged. The team left and we received an invoice stating the job was completed however the work was half done. Again, we had to call them to come back out. To this day, we are still finding roofing nails in our yard. Yesterday, our dog unfortunately ended up finding one and had to go to the emergency vet to have the rusty roofing nail removed. He is now bandaged up and recovering however it is just an unfortunate situation that should have been avoided. We really wanted to like this company, however we've personally just had too many bad experiences.

  They did not communicate clearly the change in price and ended up charging me 2000k more. Completely inconsiderate. I hope my roof is at least up to par. They are way too overzealous and come to my without my permission and gave me an inaccurate estimate

  Esther, we truly apologize about the confusion and change in price we do our best to provide our estimates with some wiggle room. Unfortunately after things are removed we sometimes find more damage in this case we uncovered, bad plank boards. We had to place plywood over them order to provide a sturdy roof and be able to warranty the work. We notified you as soon as we had a wood count and received confirmation.

  Alexi and Brandon were great and very thorough. Cleaned gutters and trimmed some branches that had the potential to cause some shingle damage. Very pleased and will definitely use them again.

  Unfortunately, I had developed a leak in my roof that was installed 17 years ago by a company that is no longer in business 😡. One of my dear neighbors informed me of Arocon and that she was very happy with the job they did replacing her old roof. I called Arocon and they sent out Jason to check out my problem. After seeing the leaky area and explaining how it came about, we discussed options. Because of my position on weither we are keeping the house or selling I decided to go with the repair for now. There was no pressure on replacing the roof and I was assured that the leak would be fixed. Jason and his helper were back out the next day to make the repair before we had rain again. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the experience with Arocon. Both Jason and his helper, sorry I can not remember his name, did an exceptional job. They even found the exact brand and color shingles that are on the house. I was impressed, especially since that color is no longer offered by Timberline. If we end up keeping the house, Arocon will be doing the job. Thanks..

  I had an inspection of my gutters and roof.Zack was professional and seemed to be knowledgeable about his trade.set an appointment for an estimate so I’m hoping that is also reasonable.I’ll follow up and so far so good

  I had gutter damage from the landscapers my hoa used. This company came and replaced the damaged gutters and the landscapers literally destroyed the downspout the same day. I was so upset that the landscapers had damaged them again not even 24 hours after the install. Within an hour, Arocon workers were back out and replaced my damaged downspout. I highly recommend them, the customer service is impeccable. They also were the original installers of my gutters a couple years ago and they still look brand new. Very reasonable, competitive pricing. Use them!!
