  Our roof was replaced in April. Immediately, 2 of 3 skylights started to leak and causing internal damage to our newly remodeled interior. The sun shade covering our patio was also torn in the roofing process. It is currently September, 5 months later. The skylights still leak, no water test has been performed after they have repeatedly come to try and reseal their work. The tear in my sunshade has gotten so big that one of my large trees is dying. The interior water damaged on my home has yet to be repaired. The team rarely follows up with the status of repairs. Save yourself the hassle and go with someone else more professional.

  You won’t see any pictures of my roof on this sight. So I’ll tell you about it Brand New Foam roof Excessive wrinkles, bubbles lifting of the paper from the osb. Yes they used paper under their foam job instead of spraying a primer and adhering to the osb. Now it’s coming up , close to 50%of it moving Besides the premature wear on the wrinkles covering the whole roof . ( when they split open ) Management seams to think this is ok. I’ve been waiting for 4 months for them to remedy, no go , they think it’s ok. My roof needs a total tear off and redo straight to the osb so it adheres correctly, you wouldn’t think this would be an argument, but TSM doesn’t want to fix. They want add to it. Spray over. The roof is detaching , and if left will continue to rapid deterioration on my brand new home. No problem for TSM I’ve got a 2 year warranty, they say Say send collection, Lein notices , attorney letters. Plus over invoice for vents and scuppers they did not install These guys have no integrity!!! Bully tactics It’s a no brainer to admit and fix your defective work for a good review and simple integrity. I don’t know what’s wrong with this outfit. After 4 months of no communication from them, I had to get the ROC involved We’ll see what the report says. Stay tuned , next week I’ll report the assessment by the ROC of AZ and get this resolved. Warning !! This company doesn’t know foam roofs, and won’t admit there mistakes. Who needs it there’s other good companies to go with. I’ll have a photo next time

  I called and set an appointment for inspection. She said Monday around 9AM. It's now Tuesday afternoon. I've called a few times. Also left a message. No response. I'd give zero stars if it was an option.

  They came out and looked at the roof. Said they would get back with us. Didn't here from them . Called again still no response. Undependable

  Called on Jan 6th and today Jan 8 no call back. If the don't want to do roof leaks just tell me. Poor response. If it gets better I will update my review accordingly. Owner contacted me and advised secretary is out of office and they will contact me next week. Looking forward!!

  Sorry Allen, our secretary was out of the office the last few days preparing the services for the passing of her father. We will be returning calls next week. We are family owned and operated so this takes priority.

  We had our roof replaced this summer by TSM. The experience was okay but not great. Communication was poor throughout the process. The shingles were dropped off at our house without any heads up and the next morning the whole crew showed up from TSM early in the morning without any call, text, or email letting us know what day they would be working on the roof. Additionally, we were told that exterior wood beams would be dropped off in advance so we could paint them prior to the roof replacement which did not happen. TSM did a good job on the roof but we wish communication had been better and that we had been able to paint the wood beam ahead of time.

  Thank you to TSM Roofing! After one of the recent windstorms we found a large piece of plastic Molding hanging from our pergola. Was not sure where it came from or what it meant. TSM roofing came within a day, completed an inspection and put the molding back in place around a tile and gave reassurance that the rest of the roof looked good. No charge. Would highly recommend to use this company for any roofing issues.

  TSM fixed my roof. Great introduction by the representative of the company. Truthful, straightforward list of what they would do and the products to be used. Fair price, as I got other bids. They have a great supplier who showed up on time. Their crew was experienced and hard working and coordinated. A supervisor came and checked in with me. Job completed in one day, a very long, hot day. The representative came back several days later for the balance. Walked me around my home and answered my questions. Start to finish open and transparent. Could not be happier!

  Professional, knowledgeable, responsive. New to the area and recently had a gush of wind rearrange some of the roof tiles. TSM responded quickly. When it comes time to replace the entire roof, TSM will be my go to choice.
