  We felt the job was rushed to complete in one day for the amount of money we paid. Also the amount of extra materials unused was crazy. I asked for a discount or to keep the materials and i was turned down.

  Moises, We are very sorry to hear that our efficiency and effective work manner in your roof install warranted a 2 star review? Our projects are not priced by the time it takes us to do the project. They are priced out by the size, our efficiency, and experience. As far as the "extra" unused materials, again you are only charged for the size of the roof, not the additional material we purchase for waste. Our records don't indicate a request for a discount, but to be asked for a discount due to us being efficient in our work doesn't seem fair, does it?

  Here is a quote i received from at Kam Roofing as of aug 2023 I am a recipient of the mysafeflorida program. Quote: for Standing seam metal roof 24gauge 1200 sq ft single story home Tear off and replace (partial steep pitch on front part of the home (8/12 appox) $47,700 (metal) Standard shingles install same roof Initially quoted. $12,375(shingle) After a few days Revised to: $14,125(shingle) After contacting them to say how their quote was double of 6 other reputable roofing companies for the same materials and job i was told there was a mistake and they changed to new price for metal roof is now being quoted 37k. Just for reference the mysafeflorida program gives you a total benefit of 10k for hurricane upgrades. Im not sure if this had an influence on our initial quote for metal but why after complaining about the doubled price they drop it 10k. They stated to me that they wouldn't scam or mislead or inflate their quote for any reason(their words). This is my opinion. Times are tough for all of us right now financially but to also have companies charge almost 50k for a standard metal roof is outrageous to me.. 6 other companies quoted me and i take everything in consideration. They all were close except for Kam Roofing. They were double the price for metal. And about 4k more than the cheapest shingle quote i got for the same materials and install. Shop around and do your research before going with any one quote. This is my experience and may not reflect yours but just wanted to share my experience with Kam Roofing. They did seem very thorough and professional over the phone and in person. So for the outrageous quote i will give one star. Update: kam Roofing has tried to reach out and help me figure out why their quote is double but i alresdy selected another preferred company for my business. My total for everything came out to half the price of their 47k.

  Thank you for your feedback and we do apologize you felt we were trying to take advantage of you as that is not who we are. A couple things to mention, your roof size is greater than the square footage of your home so that is a factor along with the pitch of the roof. On a steeper pitch we pay our team more money as the duration of the project is longer and the risk is higher. Yes our original numbers at 47,700 was a math error that was corrected by the estimator. Again we apologize for this error and appreciate your feedback on how we can get better.

  KAM Roofing came recommended by a home inspector and we are very happy we hired them. They did a great job with our roof and their communication is excellent. The owner, Kyle and our project manager, Jesus, were very responsive and we felt they genuinely care about the quality of their work. Everything with this company was very positive and we would highly recommend!

  We recently had our roof replaced by KAM Roofing, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the very beginning, Leighann was incredibly thorough during the estimate. She took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt confident in our decision without ever making us feel pressured. The installation team was professional, efficient, and left everything clean when the job was finished. One of the biggest surprises has been how quiet our new metal roof is during rainstorms. We expected it to be much louder, but it's actually incredibly peaceful and has been a pleasant surprise. If you're looking for a roofing company that is knowledgeable, honest, and delivers high-quality workmanship, I highly recommend KAM Roofing.   Kam Roofing did a great job! They communicated the whole process to when they were going to drop off dumpster and material to when they would start work and they showed up!! They got there roof permit and inspections with Pinellas County which included the replacement of some decking, dryin and final inspection.

  From the first phone call, dealing with KAM Roofing Services has been one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had. They answer their phones (!), are friendly, polite and knowledgeable. My estimator, Dan, was first class and thoroughly explained my options. My roof replacement was on time, the job site was perfectly cleaned every day, and the crew was very respectful. What made the biggest impression on me was the quality and frequency of their communication from my first phone call to the completion of my job. Jesus, the foreman, ran an excellent crew; they worked together efficiently and cheerfully, obviously prideful in their work. I would recommend KAM in a heartbeat to anyone needing any type of roofing work.

  We recently had our roof replaced with Kam Roofing Services and could not be happier with the entire experience. From the initial inspection and estimate to the final cleanup, the team was very professional, honest, and extremely detail-oriented. They arrived on time, communicated clearly throughout the project, and completed the work exactly as promised. The quality of workmanship was outstanding and the crew treated the property with care and respect. Kyle, the owner, was personally involved in the entire process as well. The new roof looks fantastic and improved the appearance of our home. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs roof repairs and installation.

  The entire KAM team was absolutely amazing to us. The whole project went smoothly, from start to finish.   We recently had a new tile roof installed by KAM Roofing in Safety Harbor, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. Leighann was our first point of contact, and she was exceptional. Selecting roof tile is a major decision in Florida, and she showed incredible patience and dedication throughout the process. She provided multiple samples and even worked with the tile vendor to visit other installed tile roofs on our behalf so we could feel confident in our choice. That level of customer service truly set KAM Roofing apart. She was knowledgeable, respectful, and responsive every step of the way. Kyle, the owner, was honest, straightforward, and true to his word. The tile roof installation was completed on schedule and at the agreed-upon price — no surprises. The crew worked efficiently and kept our property clean and organized at the end of each day, which we greatly appreciated.   From start to finish, the experience with KAM Roofing was top notch. They communicate everything to you regarding the permitting progress, materials delivery and start dates, and are very responsive to any questions. The supervisor Jesus kept in touch throughout the installation process, and Hector and his crew were friendly, professional and respectful of the property. KAM has done several roofs in my area and those, along with my own, are expertly installed. Highly recommend KAM roofing!

  I have 3 houses that needed roofs after hurricane season last year! Had "distant family" do my roof! Ugh! Bad experience, overpriced, ripped up gutters/rips in new screen enclosure/ leaf filters torn up( they fixed screen BUT the replacement is not as tight/good as my awesome screen guys (I can see wrinkles in repaired screen already! (The screen by Screen Dr. LLC is still perfect) Kam Roofing. did a MUCH BETTER job and CHEAPER. Do get an estimate from Kam Roofing & know they did two roofs for me for less money, great communication, clean & immaculate job for great price! No mess when they were done- at my house I'm still getting nails in my shoes, scared my dogs will get punctured! Thick roof gravel everywhere, still finding old roof tarpaper pieces in flowers at my house! My other two houses are clean & great! Yay, Kam roofing... Can't put name of other/BAD roofing company... Family🙄... But they are on Sem. Blvd & they were more expensive, Kam was much less $$ & did two great roofs for me- 5 🌟 PLUS Get estimates- Kam was great to me!
