  Giving a 1 star review because the employees fail to respect no soliciting signs, today had an employee ring the doorbell look at the sign on the door stand there for over a minute hang a flyer then leave, he then came back about 2 hours later to ring the doorbell again. It doesn't matter if youre doing work in the neighborhood, if people need your service they'll find you. The do not ring doorbell and no soliciting signs are there for a reason. (Response to the owner, youre employee went out of his way twice to solicit unwanted services, its not customer service if im not your customer, youre soliciting services that weren't requested and came to the same house multiple times to ring the doorbell, your trucks were 3 blocks away working on a home no where near the back of the neighborhood. If the door had been answered you would have tried to sell me services, employees on camera looking at the roof, trying to get business I didnt ask for. Your card went straight to the trash because you never had my business to start with, multiple houses had your flyer on the door so im not the only one who had to deal with this, your trucks also were not blocking anything in the road to warrant letting residence know.

  I am editing my review for many reasons. I have contacted Brandon 3 times since we have had our roof replaced, I have been put off every time. I then reached out to Dwayne and again I was told he would talk to someone and figure it out and still have not gotten a response from anyone. I will not recommend this company but I will recommend the company/roof crew they contracted to do our roof any day!

  I can't believe all the good reviews. I signed a contract with them this past March for all the repairs at my home from hail damage, they done half of the work, then I never heard from them again. I guess I just have bad luck. Just beware …

  played loud music with cursing, while some of the crew sang along. they also had many loud graphic discussions - this is a family neighborhood and they should show some respect and be professional. avoid this company.

  Brandon quickly identified the cause of our roof leak and provided a fair estimate, same day. Two days later Chris and Gavin repaired the leak, with professional finish. Matched our shingle color, can't even tell a repair was made. I'll be calling True Roofers for any future repairs.

  We had an excellent experience with True Roofers. Brandon explained everything very thoroughly at our initial appointment. The VERY NEXT DAY, Chris and Gavin came to fix our roof, they were very professional, kind, thorough and worked quickly. We would definitely use them again! 10/10

  Chris & Gavin Seymour came out and did a great job on some follow up corrective work. They arrived at the agreed upon time frame. Which was a great start in doing what they came to do. I would definitely recommend TrueRoofers to anyone.

  Chris and Gavin were very quick and friendly! I also worked with Krysta and Duane and they were very helpful. We’ve had several great experiences with True and this was no exception. Would recommend them to anyone!
