Well all I can say is that I didn't have a good experience at all with them. I let myself go with the reviews and said wow.. Looks like a good company. My story is long, so I won't bore you with it.

Your technician Fen was very professional and courteous. He recommended rescreening my cage and replacing the screws. But replacing the one panel was fast and precise.Thank you Fen

Everything was handled timely and with such professionalism, The office kept me informed every step of the way and the two who actually did the work were absolutely amazing. They showed up on time, worked diligently, courteous and every day they cleaned up. Everyone associated with True Aluminum were top rate! I would recommend them again and again.
