Terrible communication. The roofer (Rudy) after getting the job was rude and condescending. Did not do a couple of things that we had discussed. He was very defensive about it said I called him a liar, when all I really wanted was for him to follow through with what we talked about by giving me the photos that we had discussed to make sure that those items were complete because I am not from the area. I would not recommend working with him.

Highly recommended! Rudy and his team came out and quickly identified the issue and explained the necessary repairs which were completed in a timely manner. They rebuilt our whole chimney plus some roof repair and the whole process was top shelf professional. I particularly appreciated Rudy's initiative to communicate and keep me updated throughout the project. THIS is the company you're looking for.

I had a different company install some shingles on a roof addition which was not installed properly. After months of trying to get them to come out and correct the issues, I made a call to Triple R. The owner of the company came out within a half hour to access the issues. Within two days my roof was fixed with no more problems. The owner stands behind his product. Give them a try! Thanks again for the help!
