  If I could give a negative number I would. Screwed up on my condo re refoof and won't own up to their mistakes. 3 years later we still are leaking. Lawyers are involved and nothing is being done.

  Update: Your response proves my point. If the condition of my roof was such a concern, why was I given a $3,000 quote in the first place? Instead of being upfront about your hesitations before making me wait weeks for a contract that never arrived, you wasted my time. You claim you have the right to refuse work, and of course, that’s true. But a professional company would have made that decision before leading a customer to believe the job would move forward. Instead, I had to follow up myself just to be told you “didn’t feel comfortable” taking it on. If you don’t handle tiled roofs, be honest from the start. If you do, then stand by your quotes. Either way, your lack of professionalism speaks for itself and I appreciate your response so people can see your lack of professionalism themselves. Original Post: I was originally quoted $3,000 to repair my tiled roof and was told to expect an email with a contract to proceed. Weeks went by with no email, so I followed up—only to be told by Samantha that they "don’t feel comfortable working on tiled roofs." Let me get this straight: A roofing company that isn’t comfortable working on roofs? Either they were lying to get out of a small job, or they truly aren’t capable of handling tiled roofs. Either way, it’s a huge red flag. If you’re considering this company, proceed with caution—you might get strung along and dropped just like I was.

  This company is only interested in taking your money, nothing else. They damaged my property doing the installation and would not fix it. And they will not return your calls. All they car about is the money. Greentek commented below that I'm not a customer, I am a customer. I don't recommend this company. Update: 4 years later, my roof looks like a 20 year old roof. I had multiple roof inspectors tell me that my roof does not look like it's 4 years old and I will need to replace soon. Instead of trying to discredit me as a customer, how about you take ownership of the work you do. Never again will I hire Greentek. And please don't comment again that I'm not a customer

  Buyer beware! GreenTek replaced my roof 5 years ago and it has leaked every year since. Do your full due diligence to investigate their warranty and seek real customers to speak with.

  GreenTek roofing is unprofessional and does incomplete work. They also do not stand by their word on business transactions. They were hired to do a roofing project with the understanding of being paid up on the sale of the house. Instead of waiting for the house to sell, they instead filed a lawsuit for the money despite this not being the arrangement ahead of the work being done. In the interim, my mom was ill and while I tried numerous times to speak with their lawyer and provide documentation to support this claim, they refused to accept this. Not only that, there were various issues with the skylights and now that we are scheduled to sell the property, the buyer's inspection found numerous issues with the work which they refuse to fix for the buyer. What's completely sketchy is that this roof is less than a year old. Without the sale going through and the buyer getting an inspection, we would not even have known of the shoddy workmanship. The staff are extremely disrespectful and rude. Literally screaming in to the phone while trying to obtain basic info to pass along to the realtor. I have never experienced anything like this and I have been a homeowner for many years. Beware.

  Greentek Roofing did an amazing job replacing my roof. Their communication was clear and consistent, and they coordinated everything seamlessly. My insurance gave me a deadline to replace my roof or risk cancellation, and Greentek moved quickly to get it done with a fast turnaround. They also handled the inspection smoothly, making the whole process stress-free. Highly recommend!

  Working with Greentek was so darn easy! From the start when Brandon knocked at our front door. Explained everything to us exactly how it was going to happen. He kept in contact with us the whole time. Jacob was on site for the whole roof process. He was absolutely delightful and amazing! And Alex also with his guys on the roof great great job!!!!! I would recommend Greentek roofing and solar to anybody!!!

  Greentek provided outstanding service in all phases of replacing roof on my home. Good communication in the process and materials to be used for new roof. Completed removal of old roof and installation of new roof over 2300sq ft with a crew in one day.

  First off I Absolutely love my Metal roof✔️ Brandon made the process so easy for me. He really did a wonderful job of handling everything from beginning to end. The roofers did a fantastic job from the installation to being very respectful of the property. They left nothing behind in cleanup which I appreciated.. Great work and Thank you again 😎
