  I was quite disappointed with this company for numerous reasons.First ,their workers played extremely loud music from 8 to 7 pm everyday ,they left their litter like bottles ,cans ,debris scattered all over my yard and the neighbors yard.They did not clean up daily but they waited for entire project to be done ( lasted 3 days). This made it difficult to go to anywhere on my property .They left nails, tar roofing material,metal pieces , and gutters on my bushes ,back porch .I had go out and clean up everyday( I have a bad back and this is something I shouldn't do but did for my own safety and my dog.I needed to go outside and not get hurt walking.I also was then able to use my golf cart without fear of flat tire. I understand it's a messy business but I do feel they could of cleaned up yard daily even put in a pile of something to limit the chance for injury.Also, this was a big deal, they just parked their heavy trailer on the front lawn .My husband explained that beside ruining lawn and bushes they can break sprinkler heads and requested them to move it several times to driveway or street but they just nodded and left their for 3 1/2 days instead Very unprofessional. First day of their extremely loud working and music ,they worked till dark .Because of this apparently is why they broke off one of my sprinkler heads.This in turn flooded my back outdoor porch.Im just thankful that our sprinklers only come on for a very short time or it would of flooded into my back door .Things happen I understand but They didn't even come and report this to us they just left it. I was one who saw it and told my husband..My husband called and left message regarding problem .They did seem to fixed it next day ( I won't really know until our system comes back on line on Wednesday ).All these are the reasons why I rated them so low .

  They didn't show up. Weren't sure I was in their service area and never called back. In reply to your response, you never told me there were no appointments. You said you were waiting for your partner to determine if I was in your service area. You never contacted me again. I've changed your review as deception lowers you.

  Horrible work and customer service. I wish I had read the negative reviews before we paid them to come and repair our roof. They sent someone out, he did not do the job properly. So, we had to call and have someone else come out and redo the repair. The second person did not do the job properly either. We called several times, and left messages with no returned call. FIND SOMEONE ELSE!! There are more honest, reliable roofing companies out there.

  Signed contract aug 29th, only call i received from Crystal was asking me to remove my 1 star rating ...still have yet to receive a call, do not return calls when messages are left beware before you do business with them..apparently they have to much business for new customers

  Call this company on last Friday and it was based on the reviews listed. I have not heard back from them yet. I left and message and no return call. I wish I could say my experience was great but I haven't even gotten an estimate or a courtesy call to say they weren't interested.

  We contracted with Buddy's to do our roof almost 2 months ago and have not been able to get them to do our roof. We call and leave messages and get no response. When we do speak with someone they say they'll call us right back. They don't. Beware before you do business with them. Thank God we didn't give them any money down.

  We called this company and never got a call back after waiting 2 weeks. Called them again and they finally answered. Booked an appointment and waited and waited and the person never showed up.This business is obviously very unrealiable.If you can't return your calls or show up for an estimate how do you expect for any one to trust you with their job?And their motto is "Were on top of it". What a joke.

  Timely, all aspects of contract compl eted Communication was very good with Buddy and Crystal. On site Forman on top of progress very helpful and didn't mind question. Clean up exceed expectations only found couple of nails.

  I was very happy with the crew they was fast and professional and did not leave a mess. Customer service was excellent. I called about getting my roof fixed cause it was leaking from the last rain storm it took no time for them to come out.
