  We used Tosca around 2 years ago. Our roof had a leak in one area, and they told me they had an adjuster who could get us an entire new roof. They did. It took forever to get completed and then they replaced my expensive skylights with cheap ones, after several go arounds they charged my insurance for better quality ones like I had. Only 3 months after the new roof was finished, we had a big branch fall on one end. At first they told us it would be $18K to repair the hole, then all of a sudden everything stopped and they only wanted to do another complete roof replacement instead of repair the new they just put on. They never came back to repair the roof since I wouldn’t allow their adjuster to charge my insurance for an entire new roof again. Unfortunately that’s when we discovered that this was one of the roofers who only filed insurance companies for new roofs, and didn’t want to deal with repairs. Absolutely horrible experience, of 6-7 months trying to get them to repair it. Finally had to get another contractor through Paul Davis to fix it. I could never recommend Tosca to anyone knowing how shady they are.

  Had Tosca do a minor repair on my roof. A 10" hole that required a repair of perhaps 12 sq ft. They were here for 45 minutes with 3 people, 1 who did nothing, used 1/4 sheet of plywood, a few pieces of underlayment and maybe 5 shingles. …

  Be careful with this company. We hired them to do our roof. When we discovered leaks (within the warranty window), it turns out they subcontracted this work to another company who then went out of business. So now we have to hire ANOTHER company to repair the work that should have been done RIGHT to begin with.

  Roofing fraud! My insurance increased 80% because of false assessment and inefficient co-ordination. Stay away from Todd and co.

  The work was done very poorly and they even had to come back to repair a leak that damaged a ceiling fan, and left a water stain on my ceiling which they never came back to repair. The seams on the outside look like they were done by a 3 year old child as they did not cut the trim correctly and filled in the gaps with CAULKING. The owner came out and had an attitude albeit he acknowledged that the work looked atrocious and promised to fix it, yet I have not heard anything from him. Tosca has a week to fix the issue before I file a lawsuit. Needless to say I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, NOT EVEN TO MY WORST ENEMY!

  I had a great experience with Tosca Roofing! After getting a free estimate, Crystal was incredibly helpful and got me scheduled promptly. Rafael did an amazing job repairing my leaking skylight on my back porch. He removed it, replaced the damaged wood, patched everything up, and even painted the area so it looked great when he was finished. He was professional, thorough, and clearly took pride in his work. I really appreciate the excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommend Tosca Roofing and Rafael!

  Update: while my roof had looked great for 6 years, I recently had a leak. I called Tosca, who climbed into my attic and took pictures showing no water damage. They blamed my A/C line sweating without proper insulation. I called the A/C guy, who spent 5 minutes in the attic and came out with pictures of the water damage from the roof. It’s clear Tosca put in little effort to correct their workmanship. So, while the initial product might be great, it will last just outside of their warranty and then they wash their hands of you. I would not use them after this experience. I had a great experience with Tosca Roofing. My roof is exactly what I asked for. They were very easy to work with, professional and made my experience very easy. I would definitely recommend them!

  Tosca Roofing did a great job replacing my roof and repairing my chimney! The crew was friendly and made sure no trash was left behind. I have already recommended them to my neighbors. Carlos was easy to work with and communicated with me throughout the project. Highly recommend this company!
