Used True North Roofing for an emergency repair in my roof that was leaking. They came out the next morning for a free quote and fixed it the next day. Plus they did a free inspection of other issues.

We’re glad we could quickly diagnose the issue and complete the tile roof water leak repair in Highlands Ranch. Tile roofs can be tricky when it comes to tracking down the exact source of the leak and with these crazy rains past couple weeks we always focus on finding and fixing the actual problem rather than recommending unnecessary work. We really appreciate you trusting True North Roofing & Exteriors and thank you for the great review! All the best - Saša, Owner & Operator

I showed a leak coming through my ceiling. Sasa came out not once but twice and determined that it was an HVAC issue not a roofing issue all at no cost. He even researched and HVAC person for me. Would recommend using again.

Thanks so much for the kind review! Glad we could help diagnose that the leak wasn’t from the roof itself but rather hvac. I’m happy we could help! We will be here for future roofing replacements or repairs when they are needed. Take care! - Saša. Owner & Operator

Saśa and the team were phenomenal!! They are clearly experts in the field and knew exactly how to fix our issues. They are honest, fair and reasonable. Highly recommend!

We truly appreciate you trusting us with your home and roof repairs! As we discussed it can be tricky identifying exactly what caused the issues in the first place. I’m glad we could find the root cause (which were over cut and rusted hvac vents) and get it done for you guys before the heavy rain hit. If you need anything in the future don’t hesitate to reach out! Thanks. - Saša, Owner & Operator

We recently moved into a home and our home inspector noted the extremely deteriorated condition of the roof vent boots. We contracted with True North Roofing and Exteriors to replace all of our roof vent boots and the dryer flapper located on the roof. Eric did an excellent job with the the installation while also evaluating the existing roof condition. The clogged gutters and damaged downspouts were also noted on our home inspection. Eric cleaned the gutters, repaired a tree - damaged section and repaired the damaged downspouts. True North's and Eric's work quality is top notch and their pricing is very competitive.

I had a great experience working with True North Roofing & Exteriors. My roof looks soooo good! The crew Sasa had were really nice and worked super hard, idk how they do it. From the initial roof inspection to dealing with the insurance process, everything was handled professionally and clearly. They made the whole claim process easy to understand and took the time to answer all my questions without ever being pushy or trying to upsell me. Communication was excellent throughout the entire project, I really liked being in the loop all the time but also it wasn’t annoying - I always knew what was happening and what to expect next. If you’re looking for a roofing company that’s honest, knowledgeable and genuinely cares I highly recommend them.

Sasa at True North Roofing & Exteriors and his team were absolutely amazing! From start to finish, Sasa was patient, communicative, and incredibly easy to work with. He was very understanding and flexible with scheduling and rescheduling when life happened, which I truly appreciated. Phenomenal experience! I worked directly with Sasa and he made the process seamless. We were trying to sell the house but had a million things that needed to be done before our inspection. The house has never looked better and now we’re not sure we even want to sell haha
