  Do not hire Just Roofs and Gutters. The roofing team: trampled and smashed plants; went on to our neighbors roof and into their yard without permission; left food wrappers and drink containers in our yard. The channel for the ridge vent looks like it was hacked away with a machete. The flashing around our chimney barely passed inspection: to paraphrase the inspector, “when you get this fixed just make sure it does not look like that.” Materials were over ordered and the excess were thrown around damaging the packaging thus negating the possible return of the extra materials. Overall, the name, Just Roofs and Gutters, implies that this company would be able to tackle any situation relating to a roof and do it well, but this is not the case. Definitely go with another company if you are looking for professionalism and quality. The attached photo is of the chimney flashing.

  We had our gutters replaced last fall. This spring we were able to notice some issues, missing down spouts and a hole in the gutter. We have left multiple voice mails and emails with NO response. Would not recommend them to anyone.

I went back through our notes and see that on 7/29/2021 you informed our project manager that you decided to go with a different company. You gave a one star review to us but you did not hire us to do the work, you are reviewing the wrong company. I promis that if you had hired us and if a problem manifested, we would call you back and make the corrections.

  Not a great experience. They left quite a mess, beyond just nails and granules. The roofers left bottles and food from their lunch in my yard. My tree was left cluttered with plastic and roofing material that didn't make it to the ground. I …

  The brackets used to install these gutters have failed in several places. This is why the gutters bulged and bent when there was snow last winter. Just Roofs and Gutters will not return my calls or acknowledge the problem. The gutters were installed less than a year ago. Just Roofs and Gutters should acknowledge my complaint and re-attach the missing (failing) brackets.

  I'd received quotes from a couple other companies before being referred to Noah at JR&G (JRs). One company was cheaper but provided no reporting and became hard to communicate with. The other provided a comprehensive report but included more "issues" having nothing to do with my roof than I'd asked to be evaluated, which inflated the price and put me at disclosure risk as a seller. JRs was extremely fast in their communication, provided a written quote covering exactly what I'd asked for, and was priced reasonably (in the middle of the other two). They have a strong, administrative background in roofing matters, so they take a balanced approach to evaluating roofs and completing repairs. They listen and help meet your goals; take lots of pictures before, during, and after the repairs/replacement; are flexible (they re-attached the pigeon netting I'd just had installed); and were overall professional folks to work with. They can work with insurance but can also work with cash payors, like me, which I learned working with another roofing company can be hard for some roofing companies. Oddly, some prefer to, or can only, work through insurance, as I think it can allow them to muddy costs and inflate prices. JRs is a solid, trustworthy company to work with.

  I'm a Realtor who works all over the Front Range, and Just Roofs and Gutters is the roofing company that I trust to give me an honest assessment of a roof's condition, trust that they will respond in a very timely manner (during transactions we're often working within fairly tight timelines), go above and beyond to provide great service, and then of course, do excellent work. I've worked with Michael Conner and now Kevin May, and I couldn't be happier with their knowledge about roofs, permits, insurance, etc., and the level of customer service that they deliver. Are there companies out there that are less expensive? Yes. But I truly believe you get what you pay for, and far too often I've seen corners cut and sloppy work, not to mention extremely poor communication and customer service. I trust them implicitly to do a great job and keep me updated every step of the way, and for me that's worth paying a little more for. Someday when it's time to replace my own roof, I'm calling Kevin at Just Roofs and Gutters.

  You won't see just Roofs and Gutters knocking at your door asking to go on your roof. If you want them to check it and give a report you need to contact them. I enjoyed the professionalism and knowledge of their team. Also being a small local business you will deal with the same person. I thought they were great you may too.

  I just finished having my roof replaced and I couldn’t be more happy with the job Just Roofs and Gutters did. Noah Morton, the project manager, made the process go as smoothly as possible. From the initial roof evaluation to the communication I can’t say enough good things. Noah didn’t pressure me for any extra add-ons and explained each step in the process. The office staff was in close contact for specific scheduling requests I had as I was going out of town. Overall I would recommend Just Roofs and Gutters for anyone needing roofing and gutter work.
