  Let me warn you about what roofing company you decide to go with. You pick the wrong one and you can be evicted from your home. It is very easy for a roofing company to put a lien on your house and you have no recourse and cannot access your equity. If what I write is false, I would get sued. Beyond Roofing came to my door and said, “You have hail damage”. My husband had just died from gastric cancer and I was exhausted from taking care of him on home hospice. I never had a claim before or a new roof so I didn’t understand Beyond Roofing was cheating me until it was too late. We signed the contract in May for a Decra roof shingle. My copy of the contract only had my signature. Later, Beyond Roofing crossed out Decra but did not write in another roofing shingle and BR stated “we never agreed to Decra” but they wrote the contract I signed and it shows Decra. They will not inform me in writing what they put on my roof but I have learned it is a discontinued Tamko Metalworks shingle and they are Tamko Pros. They stole the insurance money and put a worthless shingle on my roof. They finally started work late August, three months after I signed the contract, but they would send workers only once a week so the roof took seven weeks to complete. For many weeks I only had the white membrane as my roof and my neighbors kept asking if Beyond Roofing had abandoned the job. Once you sign the contract Beyond Roofing can collect money from you even if they do no work. An inside worker stood around for three full days doing nothing because Beyond Roofing would never send a roofer to work with him. I kept begging Beyond Roofing to send workers to my house and they would ignore me. One day the owner Bob Pachmayer showed up and never came to the front door to introduce himself, I had never met him and did not know who he was. He walked through two gates to my backyard. When I came out my back door he started yelling at me and blaming me for all the problems and delays. When I started

  Beyond Roofing takes customer service and concerns extremely seriously, as evidenced by our A+ Better Business Bureau rating and 5-star Google rating. We attempted to work with the customer who posted this review for many months to resolve an ever-changing list of concerns that proved unfounded and included work not contemplated in her Agreement. In multiple instances, we completed work not covered by her contract at no cost to her (at our own expense), simply in an effort to resolve the matter. After the customer withheld final payment for many months and made a series of unfounded counterclaims, the matter was submitted to Arbitration. An independent (American Arbitration Association) arbitrator defeated/denied each of the customer’s improper installation and fraud claims. The customer was ordered to pay all amounts invoiced/due, including interest, both parties’ arbitration expenses, and a substantial portion of Beyond Roofing’s legal fees. Beyond Roofing respectfully but totally disagrees with the post by this customer as it is riddled with inaccuracies and false and defamatory statements. Beyond Roofing is disappointed that it was not able to reach an amicable resolution with this customer, despite making serious attempts to do so. We hope this input helps put the customer's review in context.

  JENNA IS NOT SO NICE. IF YOU'RE GOING TO BE ANSWERING PHONES YOU SHOULD REALLY NOT HANG UP ON PEOPLE. IT'S NOT A GOOD LOOK FOR YOUR COMPANY MISS. I WAS TRYING TO MAKE A PAYMENT ON A JOB I DID AS SOON AS I ASK FOR THE PERSON I NEED TO SPEAK WITH SHE HUNG UP ON ME AND WHEN I CALLED BACK SHE DID IT AGAIN. UGH

  I wanted to share my “new roof” experience with you. Not because I was compensated by the company in any way, but because good work is becoming a rarity these days, and it deserves to be recognized. I also need to tell you at the onset that I have been around residential and light commercial construction most of my life, and have very high standards when it comes to what I want for a roof on my house. I looked at a number of companies to roof my house, and selected Beyond Roofing based on positive reviews, an A+ Better Business rating, and proof of both general liability and workers comp insurance. Dan, the company president, made the roof replacement process easy. He was personally involved in the process from start to finish, visiting the job site several times while the work was going on. His pricing was fair with no surprises, and his communication throughout the process was top notch. We were told exactly what to expect during the roofing process and when the replacement was scheduled. The roofing crew showed up right on time and made quick work of removing the old roofing material and getting our roof dried in and ready for new shingles. And their work in installing the new roof, including all new vents and flashings, was not just good, it was GREAT! Rarely do I see contractors do work that exceeds my standards, but Beyond Roofing did exactly that – their workmanship was simply outstanding! Once the new roof was installed, they cleaned up any debris left over from the process and I think they left the place cleaner then when they started. They made it really hard to find anything at all to complain about! I expect my new roof to last many years. But, God forbid, if we do get a bad hailstorm and I have to replace it, I am not even going to call anyone else to do the job - Beyond Roofing has my roof business from now on.

  It’s awesome. They came around 7:30 am and got it done by 3:O0 pm , They are super fast and hard worker people. I would recommend them if you need a new roof. Best roof I ever see. It’s really beautiful!!!!!!! Beyond roofing is high recommended. Dan Preisler is very kind to me.
