  They replaced a small roof area that was leaking inside house . After a year or 2 started leaking again and they came come but could not find the leak. They stopped calling me back so.i found another roofer and since the 2nd roofer I have not seen a leak thus far. They were all over when the $ was up front but disappeared after they received $. I will leave this to Karma to get them back. Do not recommend this roofing cintractor!!!

  Update;: received a call from an Ethos representative and the PM who was on this job. They are standing behind the work and taking care of the repairs. This is what companies should be doing! Thank you Had roof repair work done in 2021. Flashing incorrectly installed has caused a leak. I have been calling regarding this being covered under warranty. No one calls back. Would love to hear from someone on this.

  Dean came out to my home, and I granted him my business. It's been one month since that time, and I have only received one phone call back from Dean. I've called multiple times, sent multiple emails but no response. I have no idea when the work will be done on my roof. It seems like they do not need the business at this time. Wasting customer's time is very unprofessional.

  I didn’t hire Ethos to replace my roof, but unfortunately my neighbors did. On the first morning of the work, I found the roofers throwing shingles onto my garden and against the side of my house. I was offered a gift card to compensate for the damage. The roofers also did not clean up my yard sufficiently after they left - I had to ask multiple times for them to return to clean up pieces of shingles and nails. I ended up having to pick up the nails from inside my fence myself. I understand that homes are closer together in my neighborhood, but I felt that Ethos took very little effort to be respectful of neighboring properties as they worked.

As soon as we saw the plant damage we made sure you were immediately compensated with a gift card that will more than take care of the replacement of any plants. Again apologies for the frustration this may have caused. When working on homes so close together this will happen from time to time.

  Ethos was hired to repair our roof and to do a host of other work, including paint on the exterior of our house, screen replacement, fence repair, and the like. The roof was done promptly and well, there was no issue with that at all. The remaining work was started about a month later, but only just barely. What little was done was shoddy at best and Ethos never bothered to complete it. It took over two years for them to respond to us about the remaining work to be done - and even then Ethos only contacted us because they felt they were owed money for that work. We fought with them long and hard on that. In the end, the remaining work was never completed. I will never work with Ethos again.

  Ethos Roofing did a great job on our Parker, CO home. They patched problem areas and replaced our old roof vents with a more weather-resistant type, which has already stopped leaks during heavy rain. The work looks solid, the crew was professional and efficient, and we now have much better peace of mind. Highly recommend them for roof repairs or vent upgrades in the Denver metro area.

  I hired Sam Saslow to restore my roof after severe hail storm damage. He was outstanding from beginning to the very end. It was one of the best decisions of my home ownership life. I am giving him my highest ratings.

  I called Ethos to perform a roof inspection on my home. I was able to promptly schedule an appointment with Lance. He was very professional and helpful in explaining his observations and recommendation. He provided me with a report on the same day of the inspection. Very professional and knowledgeable.

  We have concrete tiles, which are original to the house from 26 years ago. We had a water leak in our kitchen ceiling. Called Ethos and they came by promptly, explained what it could be, and detailed the process for repair. After I received the estimate and approved it, they came out the next day and fixed it. The tiles were in good shape, but the underlayment needed to be replaced. They also replaced some tiles outside of the leak area which were cracked. We're very pleased with the staff and the workmanship. I'll use them again, when the need arises.

  I worked with Ethos Roofing through Sam Saslow. Outstanding service! The inspection report came in on Friday, Sam estimated the job on Saturday, and mid-day Wednesday the following week the entire job was completed. His tremendous work allowed us to close on the house on time, and with a great result. I recommend Ethos Roofing and Sam completely.

  Perfect experience with Ethos. Value: 10/10 The price for the replacement of the roof with class four shingles, with gutter and guard replacement, along with the removal of old equipment was very good. Communication: 10/10 Sam was highly communicative from start to finish the entire way. Everything was laid out in the initial quote, no surprises, and a variety of options for shingles were provided. Pictures are taken before, at intermediate stages in the replacement process, and after. Speed: 10/10 We setup the start work two weeks out and the projected started exactly on time. The work was done in essentially a day, with some mild cleanup the following day. Professionalism: 10/10 Sam was very professional. He was kind, polite and explained the trade offs of cost vs. performance every decision in the process.

  Nick just stopped by as he had finishing up a job across the street to notify me of a tile that needed to be pushed back into place. He brought his ladder over and fixed it right away. He made me aware of a few other tiles that may need to be watched and thanked me for letting him help. No pressure just a kind, honest individual. I will be sharing his business card with my friends and neighbors, he is an employee to keep.

  I can wholeheartedly recommend Ethos Contractors to either replace or repair your roof. My experience with Ethos was excellent. This was so from my first contact with Josh, the Ethos Representative who contacted me, through the entire repair phase. When Josh contacted me about some obvious roof-top issues, I had not paid much attention to the roof for years. While he pointed out some obvious issues, he was not hard-sell. Instead, he got up on the roof, documented what he'd told me with photos and was informative about further issues which could only be detected under close observation from the roof-top. I appreciated his informative and collaborative approach regarding the problems, the repair process and the estimate for those repairs. Indeed, that was, in large part, why I decided to go with Ethos in the first instance. The photos documenting the repairs and other follow-up were also attentive.   Bill Halvorsen, Project Manager, has done a fantastic thorough job bidding for our difficult roof replacement project for a house in Boulder. An easy quick communication over two weeks with a great attention for details and a deep knowledge of low pitch roofing constraints. Highly recommend.

  We just had our roof replaced by Ethos with Sam Saslow at the helm and it was a seamless and problem free experience. Everything was conducted with our convenience in mind and on our time schedule. The installation was very competitively priced and there were no issues with communication. Sam was always checking in to make sure everything was going according to plan.
