  I was told by a representative there was substantial hail damage but received a denial of claim from my insurance company. When I sought multiple opinions, other roofing contractors confirmed there wasn’t supportable hail damage. This seemed like a reckless, dishonest gamble by the representative. Disappointing.

  We needed a simple gutter repair and someone came to inspect the area. A few minutes after he got here I looked out the window and the guy just left without saying anything and I never heard back. It was very bizarre and the lack of communication is extremely unprofessional. Definitely go with someone else.

  Had this company come by my house. The project consultant was very rude and pushy. When I told him that he would have to talk to my hubby when he gets home. So with that being said I will not use them. If you have people going door to door after a big storm and representing your company make sure when the wife says you will have to talk to my hubby that he does not start arguing with the home owner. So your project consultant Bryan Meadows just lost you a customers.

  I had an appointment that was confirmed three different times and then no one ever showed up. When I called inquiring about where they were, I was asked to indicate who had referred me and where I had found the company??? I was told a supervisor was unavailable and would call me back. Eight hours later, no call or acknowledgment that there was a no-show for my appointment.

  I called 1st Priority because they had high ratings on google. Robert came by to look at my gutter which needs to be replaced. He was very nice but his main thing was trying to convince me to have my roof redone for hail damage. I said we’d consider it but for now I needed a quote to replace the gutter. He said he’d get that to me. I emailed him later to confirm he’d be sending the quote and he confirmed he would. Two days passed with nothing. I emailed him again with no response. I called their office and they said he wasn’t available and they’d give him the message. It’s now been a week and I still haven’t received a quote for my gutter. I guess all they’re interested in doing are the big jobs and not helping a customer who just needs a gutter replaced. I’m sure they do good work but I’ll never know.

  Ricky Moyte came out to my home to inspect my roof that was installed 2 years ago by 1st Priority Roofing. Ricky was very knowledgeable, respectful, and kept me informed of his arrival to my home along with his findings of the roof inspection. I would highly recommend Ricky and 1st Priority Roofing for all of your roofing needs.

  I had such a great experience working with Bryan, Alan, and the entire crew. I had some much needed work done on the exterior of my very old home, and the team did an excellent job. After completing an estimate, we were able to get on the books almost immediately. Everything came out beautiful, and they did a wonderful job working within my wishes, and even adding last minute requests I had. Pricing was transparent and fair. The work they did refreshed our home so much, we couldn’t be happier! Would definitely hire them again.

  Vadym was professional and patient and worked diligently with our insurance company to get us compensation for the storm damage to enable full roof replacement and house repaint. His team noticed two other structures on the property and helped us with those as well.

  I highly recommend Brian and first priority roofing. We were having a hard time with our insurance company covering our roof along with other roofers saying there wasn’t any hail damage. Brian and his team came out took pictures and we were able to get it covered. They also installed the roof within a week to help us close our house on time

  Called for a trusted honest appraisal of roof and got it plus. Gave me a detailed appraisal with proof images. After today's visit there’s really no reason to call anyone else. Top Notch guys!!!
