  Have been calling for 6 months for warranty work. Haven't gotten a response at all. Would never recommend this garbage company.

  Hello Cody, You called about some cracked sealant on the walls of your home. We asked if you were experiencing leaking or issues from this. You stated that their was no issues you them wanted resealed however. We did in fact reseal the walls. We have been in business for 15 years and always honor our warranties. This case was no different. There was no damages or issues just a request on your part. After you were rude to our office staff and you requested your detached garage have some work done to it we respectfully declined to do further additional work for you. Since then you've been nothing but hostile and extremely disrespectful. If you have any warranty issues come up please don't hesitate to contact us we are here to help! Have a great day Cody!

  The contractors who repaired my roof gave me an estimate, then used more material than was agreed. After using more materials, they demanded that I pay a higher amount than the estimate I was given. I was not informed of this change, nor was I given the opportunity to approve or decline the use of extra materials until after the job was completed. I would not recommend this company.

  I basically went back and forth with someone on email because I called them on the phone a few times and they never answered. So I finally decided to email and got a response. When I did get a response I was never given any real specifics. I asked when a good time of season was to get the rooftop snow removal done and he just right now was a good time with no sort of explanation why. I also asked if I could get it done on a Saturday and they said they couldn’t. So I said Friday would be the only time. I needed it done before 12 so I wanted some sort of a time they could get there but was just told it was dependent on his men and if they had time. On the day I needed it done nobody called or even notified me. Now it’s the next day and I just get an email that says sorry we couldn’t make it. Very unprofessional.

  Hello Thong, Thank you for leaving a review. In regards to when you called our establishment it was on a Sunday. We are closed on sundays and that is why there was no answer. You proceeded to email and we did respond later on in the day regardless of being closed. You asked when it was a good time to do the rooftop snow removal and we said it depends on the situation with the home. As long as its done before the big spring melt. The explanation of that statement is self explanatory as doing it before the spring melt is to avoid large ice damming from everything melting all at once. You did ask for it to be done on a weekend. We do our snow clearings during the week. On the Sunday via email we suggested we could get to it on tuesday as there were other customers ahead of you. You vouched for Friday at the end of the week. As this is a first come first serve service that we can't control how long each stop takes. This can be problematic for booking far in advance, as i stated with you when you were adamant on that time. We tried to book you in earlier for Wednesday and Thursday as well. You were adamant on friday morning. Friday morning came and we had work to do on previous customers in the rotation still to do. This was in fact due to things taking longer than expect. We notified you that we were running behind and would have to reschedule. You concluded to send us a rude message back saying you didnt need our services anymore and you had someone else to do the work. This was Friday in the time slot you requested. We contacted on the same day requested to notify you. To say that we contacted you the following day is a complete fabrication and not true at all. We are happy to hear you had the service done for you in the end. Have yourself a wonderful day!

  We were very pleased with the work. The crew was professional, well organized and efficient, and the quality of the finished job was excellent. The price was fair, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. We would be happy to use them again in the future.

  Our gutters needed to be replaced, they were leaking and looked horrible From start to finish the , communication with Trudel Roofing was great and they were able to work on our timeframe. The crew that did the installation was courteous, professional, and cleaned up very well after. I would recommend Trudel Roofing.
