First, let me say that I am willing to work with anyone and give them a chance. However, I also value honesty and professionalism. I had an appointment scheduled with Micah February 26th for 8am for an estimate with pictures. Granted, it …

I left 3 messages and they never called back, actually talked to Andrew, he said he would call, never did even after 3 messages.

  Reply from the business

Mr. Ahrendt, We apologize for not calling back. Unfortunately some things slip through the cracks. We have resolved this issue by hiring someone to answer phone calls all day so this should not be a problem in the future. Again, we apologize.

Truly disappointed in the damage INSIDE my house after guys took multiple bundles of shingles and repeatedly dropped the weight on the roof crest.

  Unpleasant experience.

  Reply from the business

I am very sorry that you felt your experience with us was unpleasant. Since you needed an inspection in a short period of time and our scheduling did not fit your time frame, I felt that telling you to contact another company was the correct decision. We didn’t mean for that to be an unpleasant experience.

We had roof damage from a bad storm the first part of March. My insurance agent recommended Trotman Roofing and said he would have someone out to our house that day. Keith came out and assessed we would need a new roof. He knew the adjuster we were working with and said they worked well together. In about 3 days I was approved by Alfa for our new roof and Keith put us on the list for a new roof. The roofing crew that came out worked hard and fast. They did an excellent job and to my great surprise they cleaned up everything and I mean everything. I was shocked. During the roofing a piece of joint tape on our ceiling came down I guess do to all the pounding on the roof. Keith put me in touch with Micah and he did an amazing job fixing the problem, including the touch up painting. Micah was awesome. He was very polite and worked very fast. He made sure everything was covered and again cleaned up everything. No one likes to have to get a new roof but if you need one, call Trotman Roofing. I can highly recommend them. We will be using them for some remodeling in the future.

My roof looks amazing and the process couldn’t have been easier. The entire team was nothing but respectful and left my property looking even better than when they arrived. I have never seen people work harder than the Trotman team. Hats off to them! Couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend

Great communication and craftsmanship!! Installed backsplash and under cabinet lighting in our kitchen. Also updated the laundry room countertop, flooring, and laundry sink. Contractor returned three separate times to stain and seal the butcher block counter to our stain/likeness. Will definitely use again!!

Micah and his team with Trotman Brothers replaced the roof on our double wide mobile home and repaired the leak in the laundry room by cutting out and replacing the damaged ceiling. He patched it in so well, I can't even tell it was replaced! The roof was completed in 1 day. They did a great job of cleaning up after themselves and the roof looks amazing! I highly recommend using Trotman Brothers Roofing and Construction!

Excellent experience! Had a leak pop up and called William out to quote a new roof. He discovered some damage and worked with my insurance through the claim process. Had a new roof on the following week! Great guy and very dependable, highly recommended!

Trottman Brothers was one of the best services in Montgomery Al that we have experienced in the 18 years that we have been here! I had called several Roofing Companies as well as Trottman Brothers..they were the only one that responded! When Keith arrived to give us a estimate, I could tell that I was dealing with an honest, professional person & he led us all the way to the end, never once did he not do what he promised! We had a wonderful experience & our roof is beautiful! Restored our faith that there are still businesses that respect their customers!

Trotman Brothers employees did a superb job replacing our roof. The team was on the job each morning early and quit at dark each day until finished. The roof replacement took one entire week during July's hot weather and they made sure all rotten decking was replaced. I highly recommend Trotman Brothers and have done so to others in the neighborhood with out hesitation. The Trotman workers could not have worked harder nor done a better job and it shows when neighbors stop by and ask, " who did your roof, it looks great". I have referred at least four neighbors to Trotman so word of mouth for a job well done is the least I can do. William was in constant contact with us during the job making sure all was going well. Many kudos to Trotman Brothers again for a job well done. Charles Stults

I was so confident and pleased with Trotman Brothers quote and responsiveness that I didn't get a second quote from another company. All the work was done in one day and was done perfectly. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
