I had an extremely bad experience with iRoof of Prattville. Even though I had paid the required half cost ($3750.00) to be placed on their client list, they refused to answer my question about where I was on the list. After many weeks of …

Worst Experience Ever!! This business lacks communication skills with customers. We had 3 different issues with our roof. The 1st one was shingle color they didn't tell us it was going to be a longer wait for color I picked until they got half our money and 2 days before they were suppose to start. The 2nd is ridge cap color they put totally different color on roof and didn't tell me. I was told they knew the day of it was wrong color, then told by someone else its the right color but sometime the color comes out different. The 3rd is drip trim color is wrong doesn't even match or trim.

The roof was replaced and ridge vents were installed to replace the power attic vent. Work was performed professionally. Coordination between the insurance and the roofing company help to expedite the process. Job well done. Thank you C. Clifton

I had a fantastic experience with IRoof. Tanner was the roof specialist who guided us through this entire process. The process itself was seamless due to Tanner's diligent efforts and prompt communication throughout the experience. He met the adjustor at our home and facilitated that process as well. 10/10 experience, could not recommend IRoof or Tanner enough!

I needed a roof on my home quickly and iRoof was the only company I contacted that was willing to work with me on the schedule. Work was accomplished in a day with a competitive price. Would recommend.

Landon helped us from beginning to end and made the process go smoother than expected. Insurance partially covered the roof but iRoofs financing partners had affordable financing options available. I definitely recommend iRoof if your in need.

Did a great job. Completed on time. Good cleanup. I didn’t get any nails in tires. We had a big storm the day of completion and no leaks. I would definitely recommend them.

Had my roof done last September, and am just now getting around to the review. These guys did an amazing job. The supervisor that day was excellent and the crew was efficient and clean, leaving almost nothing for me to pick up after the fact.
