  Disappointed. Called and asked for a quote on having the roof replaced 3 weeks ago and never heard back from them.....so went with another company....then got message today. Must be very busy I guess.. regardless disappointing.

  We apologize that no one was able to reach out to you by the end of that week, Mr. Willis. Being that our primary work is installing new roof systems, we don't always have the extra hands to do non-roof related jobs. And while we do have a repair team that focuses on that kind of work, it sometimes takes them a week or two to get to everyone. We should have called you to better relay this information though, and for that we apologize. We hope you will consider us in the future!

  I wouldn't recommend Dalton, he was the person I interacted with regarding an inspection of my roof. He was late, didn't call. When he showed up, he wasn't dressed out to inspect my roof, he didn't inspect my roof. I loss a day of pay for nothing. When I called to complain, I was talked to as if I ( customer) was the problem. I set that aside , and still want to have a new roof installed by this company, as long as I didn't have to deal with Dalton, but Guyette, disregarded my request . I can't say if Guyette is good Roofing Company , but Dalton, I wouldn't recommend him for anything that requires interacting with the Public.. I'm still in search of a Roofing Company

  Mr. Coleman, our records show that you initially called us mid-January, that an estimator made an appointment with you a few days later, and that an estimate for a roof replacement was then sent to you a couple of weeks after that. The estimator you worked with was in the hospital with his wife during the two-week span it took to send your quote out--they had their first baby. We apologize for any inconvenience the delay may have caused you!

  They were late did ok on roof you can see some plastic hanging where they put the shingles up but job on the inside of house not a good job would not recommend them

  This is the first time I have ever given a bad review to anyone but I feel this is necessary. Due to all of the good reviews, we wanted Guyette Roofing to come to our home after discovering a roof leak. I called them on June 2, 2017 and was told they were backed up and it would be approximately a month and a half before the could come. My husband and I decided we could handle the leak until they could come since Guyette is highly recommended. A month and a half came and went and we heard nothing from Guyette so I placed another call to them. This time I was told they still had our information but couldn't advise on when the roofers could come. We are still waiting.......Now how is that for good business? We have since moved on to another company and will never recommend Guyette.

  Ms. Davis We apologize for letting you down like this. I would be equally upset if the roles were reversed. The truth is we’re experiencing some growing pains. We are very much an owner-operated company. To our own detriment, my dad and I micro-manage all of our roofs; and while our current customers appreciate the quality control that comes with that, it doesn't allow us to reach 100% of our prospective customers. Believe it or not, it’s difficult finding qualified, sober roofers that operate with integrity. We won’t allow anybody on your house that we would not trust on ours. It’s ironic that this simple formula to our success (quality control, integrity, doing the right thing) limits our capacity to grow and reach everybody who calls. Ms. Davis, we should have told you that we were too busy, but we didn’t. And for that reason we failed you. My dad and I have a hard time saying “No”. Even knowing good and well that we cant physically get to everybody, we still try. We get over a 100 phone calls a week. We truly are overwhelmed, and like a lot of small business owners we have a hard time letting go. I know you’ve already made up your mind about how you feel about us, but please know it wasn't intentional. And at this point I realize it’s just hypothetical, but if we would have worked for you, I think you would have been pleased. Sorry Ms. Davis. Billy Guyette

  I called Guyette Roofing to come take a look at a small leak in my roof. Billy came that same day, looked over the roof thoroughly, and sealed the leak for no charge. I couldn't believe it! I will definitely call them the next time I need help with my roof.

  A recent storm ripped off several shingles. I called for an estimate for repair. They fixed it at same time as doing estimate on the same day I called. They repaired roof before other roofing company returned my phone call. Their service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them.

  Guyette Roofing has done roof work for me on multiple occasions, including a total roof replacement. The work was well done and completed promptly. Guyette's employees were courteous and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend Guyette Roofing to friends and family.

  You know that line about "fast, good, cheap: pick two"? Bill and his crew aren't cheap, but they are fast, adaptable, and very good at what they do. My wife and I just had them replace the shingles on our 1924 house in Capitol Heights and it looks fantastic. Bill had pointed out the issues with the previous job (from ~25 years ago) and I could see even from the ground how those were addressed in real time. His crew chiefs, Alex and Jaime, are excellent communicators (as is Bill himself). And then we had new A/C installed a few days later, and their guy recommended we get a rain diverter to keep runoff from landing right on the outside unit, so we texted Bill and he said they'd be happy to do for us free of charge(!) I've seen other companies in action, who also did a great job on the roof, but Guyette's crew is more thorough in cleaning up after themselves. The job was spendy, but worth it for peace of mind and probably not needing a new roof for 15-20 years.

  Their response was prompt, price was right, and the work was excellent. They repaired a roof valley problem and improved the gutter system to prevent that issue in the future. In addition to having great skill the workers were all friendly and courteous. I highly recommend them.

  The new roof was installed within a day with edge treatments done the following day. The crew was professional in demolition, installation, and cleanup. I highly recommend Guyette Roofing and Construction.

  I want to thank Guyette Roofing for a superb job on my house. I would refer Guyette Roofing to anyone. The best experience l've ever had with a Roofing Company. Putting the best materials on your house is a standard for them because it represents their name. The customer service and clean up is exceptional. Their work is so professional. I love my roof.
