  Requested an estimate for a full roof replacement from this company today for my mother's address. The representative collected my name and GA address along with my 83 year old mom's Montgomery address. I stated that I would be paying a cash purchase as I DON'T require financing. However, he still offered the financing option which I agreed he could provide both "estimates". Within 2 mins, he states that his system rejected giving me an appointment due to financing. I stated I did not give him authorization to run a credit check on either my mom or me as this is just a call for an estimate. He then stated he did not run the credit check trying to change his answer. Then I asked, why then are you rejecting an estimate ... what is the reason since we stated up front that cash was the method that we would be paying. He then states he does not know why an estimate appointment is rejected as it falls in a service area. I will be checking with the credit bureau to determine if credit check was performed and will report this company according based on the facts. Beware of this company as something seems off here.

  Was very pleased in the roof installation that was installed. The crew showed up early and got everything finished up by lunch time. They cleaned up everything after they finished, including using a special kind of tool to pick up nails that might have been overlooked.
