  As the GM of Triumph, this review concerns me. 1. We did speak and discussed your balance due, and I have called many times and left messages with you, we are available to speak anytime. 2. You admit we had a contract in your actual review, "While initially, I was in agreement that I would be responsible for the deductible," 3. As a company that adheres to the FL statutes, we cannot "waive deductibles" as you request in your review. 4. With all due respect, your "understanding" of costs to do roofing are not correct. We at Triumph still care about you, it would mean a great deal to us if you would honor your contract, we fulfilled out duties and performed the work, posting a negative review to incite us to waive your deductible is not something we can do, we offered a great solution to allow you a NO INTEREST payment plan. Lets keep the lines of communication open and work together, we can forgive you for posting this negative review and work with you, no matter what, we will stand behind our work, which thankfully you admit was excellent. Please call us ASAP.

  Wow, what a detailed review, I just shared this with my teenage son, now the lesson has truly hit home for him. Treating people with care no matter the size of the job or profit is the key to growth.   We had some roof damage and interior ceiling damage after the 2 hurricanes at our home in Punta Gorda. Where it wasn’t a full roof project I was concerned that we’d be last on anyones list. We reached out to Triumph and Joe responded quickly and had crews there promptly to take care of all damage and repairs. They did an excellent job and I’d highly recommend them and I’m keeping their information for any future work we may need.

  I had my roof repaired by Triumph and they sent out Leo and couldn't be happier with the experience. He was professional, efficient, and clearly takes pride in his work. He got the job done quickly and did it right. There was no stress and no hassle. On top of that, he was honest and reliable, which gave me a lot of peace of mind.
