  I fell prey to Gustafson Industries' nefarious practices. The slick oil salesman head of the company, Ryan Gustafson, came to my home, looked me in the eyes and promised a quality new roof job, including small requests I had with regard to quality work expectations. They had a team of young non-english speaking workers, the head of which was between 22-24 years old. They created a flood in my kitchen when they made a hole in the roof right before a torrential rain. I insisted someone come and repair it before the weekend coming up. It was fixed, with no apology. Unlike their guarantee, I was not kept updated on each phase of the job. At the end of the project, they added $2,244 to the job with suspicious reasons. I asked for a short meeting to go over pics and charges, I was put off week after week by Ryan Gustafson. Then, to add insult to injury, after threatening me with a lien, and my paying their questionable amount the very next day, they took my check and put a lien on my house. Though some people were satisfied, I was not so lucky. They saw a senior citizen they could bamboozle. In the long run, I didn't get the deal they gaslighted me with, when they padded the bill at the end. Don't trust them!

  In 1 word my experience with this Company is Exhausting!!!!!!!!! And it’s not over yet!!!!!! The second word would be Awful!!!!!!!!

  They have yet to call us back. We used the fast program which was fine worked out great they did order three squares of shingles too much which is thousands of dollars and they have yet to ever call us back. There’s been several issues that we needed to talk to someone and they will not call us back so that is why I gave him a restore. The roof itself was fine, but I should not have had to pay thousands of extra dollars for an over miscalculation by their representative in the beginning so now call me back cause I’m sure you will when somebody gives you a crappy review

  Had them do my roof and it took them 3 months over the summer to get the tiles down. The excuses they gave were hysterical. They can't control their own inventory. Management did nothing but give out excuses. DO NOT USE Gustafson EVER!

  While working on the roof next door this company caused permanent damage to my property on multiple occasions, including a new pool. They were given the opportunity to remedy the situation but disappeared. A year later my pool is still visibly damaged.

  Found a leak after few month the brand new roof was installed. The management keep ignoring me now. The roof suppose to be under warranty in my understanding. Worth experience. Will never use that company again.

  Excellent experience from start to finish. Vinny was our project manager and was always very responsive. They had to accomondate my wife and I working from home so Vinny promised a large crew that got done in a single day (tear off and installation of the roof material) thereby minimizing the noise to one day. The wait for the tiles was long but it was within the time frame they told us to expect. The office staff were highly responsive via email. All in all, a very good experience and we highly recommend Gustafuson/Stronghouse.

  I have a beautiful new roof. Gustafson was so impressive. Very efficient and tidy. They were well priced. Highly recommend. Ask for my Cousin Vinny...LOL

  Gustafson Roofing has consistently exceeded my expectations. As a property owner with multiple properties across Southeast Florida, I’ve worked with many contractors over the years, and Gustafson STANDS OUT every time! They recently completed the fifth re-roof on one of my properties, and once again, the experience was excellent from start to finish. Ryan Gustafson provided fair pricing, maintained clear and consistent communication, and has built a strong, reliable team. I always feel informed—both Ryan and the office staff keep me updated throughout each phase, and the project managers are transparent about any potential additional work. One detail I especially appreciate is the thorough photo documentation they provide. It’s incredibly helpful for maintaining accurate property records. Roofing is complex work with many moving parts, but Gustafson Roofing handles it with professionalism and efficiency.   I purchased a home that Gustafson had installed a barrel tile roof in 2006. The previous owner had Gustafson do annual roof inspections. I continued the annual roof inspection as I was impressed with the detailed inspection report which included pictures. The roof inspection is reasonably priced and is very thorough. The office personnel AND owners respond promptly to calls/emails/texts and are friendly and accommodating. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a roofer you can trust to do a great job.

  We just had our roof done with Gustafson Roofing. Some of our neighbors had used them and we were impressed by what we saw and so we hired them, and we are glad we did. They are quick and they are clean. Also super easy to deal with. When you call the office, someone answers and is very helpful. They tell you when they are coming and show up as expected. Everyone that we dealt with could not have been nicer. I would highly recommend them.
