  Had a confirmed repair appointment. No show and no call. When I called them I got the “oh yeah, about that, well we had an emergency job so we did that instead. Again with no call, no notice. If I hadn’t called them they wouldn’t have called me. So we reschedule for the next day between 11-1. Guess what, I get a call and they say “yeah, about your appointment today, we won’t be there. We only have one guy who does repairs and he’s out. Maybe Thursday but I can’t confirm that.” What kind of service is this? The worst!

In this most recent case, the technician assigned to your repair unfortunately suffered an injury, which is why we had to reschedule. We immediately offered an alternative solution for the very next day, but we did not receive any response to our phone calls or text messages.   I did not have a work done with them. They were working on the house next to me. They created a lot of mess. They broke one of my statue and the pot. I understand some things comes with the work. But, they need to be careful and correct the surrounding of the job site. I contacted them.I give them the option to fix it. They never followed up on it. I take the losses.It's a horrible company. Update. After review the owner called me. I thought he want to correct issue. He was extremely rude and tried to intimidate me for my review!

  Nicolas Venmeenen the salesman and part owner provided us with a detailed but understandable explanation of the entire new roof installation process. Evans work crews during the installation process were experienced and hard working. I would highly recommend Evans Roofing Co.

  Fabien was extremely professional and friendly. He took charge of our new roof installation and did his best to make sure we were satisfied. All of the other employees at Evan’s were friendly and helpful. We felt that Fabien listened to our problems and he is continuing to follow through with a couple of unresolved issues.
