  We had two roof leaks. Mike sent someone out to inspect our roof and we hired them to do the repairs in November 2025. One of the areas we originally pointed out to them continued to leak. Mike sent someone out to inspect, but they could not find the exact location of the leak. I videotaped the leak and called Mike’s office again. He sent someone out again and they found the leak. During this process, it was discovered that they did work on a different area of our roof. one of the original leaks, I pointed out had not been addressed. After some back-and-forth, I received an amount from Mike to fix the original area of the roof. I asked to receive a document Detailing the work to be done instead of receiving the info in a text message. He refuses to provide appropriate documents and is walking away after giving me a discounted price as a compromise to our issues. He will not accept responsibility for information that was verbally relayed and physically shown to his employee at the initial inspection. He is claiming he has spent hours reviewing documents, but had to ask me to provide him with the phone numbers of his employees that I communicated with throughout this timeframe .

For the benefit of future readers, it is important to note that your review includes selected communications from the later stages of this matter, but it does not include the original written proposal that defined the scope of work you approved, nor the original inspection photographs identifying the repair area. Those documents are central to understanding what work was actually contracted. Our company performed a roof repair at your home in November 2025. During our original inspection, we documented the interior leak area and then inspected the corresponding section of the roof. At that time, our technician identified and photographed two vent penetrations located together in the same section of roof. Those two vents became the basis of the written proposal that you reviewed and approved. Our proposal specifically stated: “Updated roof repair proposal as follows to the vent leak area including two vents in this section of roof.” That language is significant. It does not state every vent on the roof. It does not state every area viewed during the inspection. It specifically identifies two vents in that section of roof, and the proposal then outlines the repair scope for those two vent penetrations. Our crew completed repairs to those two vents exactly as described in the approved proposal. The original inspection photographs, proposal, completed work photographs, and repair documentation all correspond to those same two vent penetrations. Months later, our office was contacted regarding a leak associated with a different vent on another section of the roof. After receiving your concerns, we did not dismiss them. Instead, we conducted a comprehensive review of the original inspection photographs, proposal, text communications, completed work photographs, follow-up inspection photographs, roof layout comparisons, and repair documentation.   I had a minor roofing issue. Mike had one of his crews out within a couple of hours on a Saturday to assess and give me a quote. They were able to come back and fix the issue just a couple days later and at a fair price. Highly recommend

  We had a consistant Roof leak with heavy rainfalls, and called Mike on a Monday early evening. He had someone out to evaluate the root cause by 7am Tuesday morning and had everything repaired by Friday. Repair proposal/cost was very fair and reasonable given the scope of work.   Mike, the owner, and Bobbie in the office are fantastic! They are both extremely personable, and make you feel like family! They gave a very thorough quote.
